Mino's Roast Beef — Restaurant in Marblehead

food was horrible, roast beef was super dry the curly fries were flavorless and the mozzarella sticks were still cold. Plus the blonde girl up front was touching her mouth and nose with her gloves on.

staff were really rude, just cause I'm not a local they gave me the most nasty look, and the blonde girl working the register 5/13/23 around 2:30 was the most rude person I have met in the Marblehead area, no personality at all and zero customer service skills and probably zero life skills as well. They have a sign that says you owe them $10 if you're a rude person, well they should give me $10 back cause everyone there was rude and everything was horrible.

place is very small inside and not clean looking at all and judging by the employees touching their faces then touching food I'm sure the back kitchen area is much worse.

no public restrooms that I could see at least.

prices are way too high for the quality of food, and the amount you get plus the service is horrible and the place is dirty.

overall skip this place if visiting the Marblehead area cause you...

The food is good not the best just regular good food . Presentation is not the greatest but the quality is good . Unfortunately this is the second time I experienced a very very rude person on the phone when placing my order . Not everyone orders the same I do apologize if my ordering is annoying . But there was no need for such unpleasant and unnecessary comments and rudeness and vulgarity especially in a city like Marblehead . You would expect more kindness and patience from the people taking orders . Again the foods great ! But the way you treat people Over the phone is bizarre to me . I’m already having a bad day enough at work and to go on my break to place my order and be made fun of my way of “ordering” is very mean rude and not customer service friendly whatsoever . I apologize if I can’t order fast or as quick as others but I’m just a human . Anyways don’t know if I will be ordering again but please be more kind there’s no need to be unnecessarily rude to people on the way they order thanks . Only thing you’ll recieve is losing out...

First time here, and I want to send the fear of the delicious taste filled your juicy roast beef three ways welcome. You're definitely not the line and you give my favorite place to run for its money your second runner up to that location. And I'm in Avid fan of these types of sandwiches and the creation of it. I'm going to have to definitely try the pastrami next. That's my favorite but I had to do the roast beef because of the fact of it being plastered on the inside of your wall on there and being part of your motto for the name of your restaurant.
