Fresca Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Marblehead

Okay, bad customer experience service at Fresca Pizza tonight in Marblehead. I ordered delivery and when the delivery arrived there was an item missing. I called the restaurant to try and see if they could send it over but was told it would take over an hour to find another driver and the girl wasnt really interested in trying to help me out. I was then told they could just refund the price of the salad. Great, except I tipped ahead of time on the full amount of the order and now I didnt get my whole order. I was told this was not something they could do because it was grubhubs deal. So I was irked but I called grubhub - they gave me another run around and told me the restaurant was the only one that could do that. So very annoyed now I called the restaurant back and asked for at least something to offset the charge, the manager was excessively rude to me over the phone. He said it wasnt there fault and they didnt have to do anything its grubhub. I then asked, who packed the takeout bag? The manager said I did. So I then called him out on passing the blame to someone else and he became increasing hostile towards me. Look, the driver shares some blame here as he should have checked, but at the end of the day Frescas packed the bag and the girl knew exactly what was going on when I called the first time so they knew they made a mistake. Super frustrated I said I would just dispute the charge with my credit card company at this point. He then HUNG UP ON ME. So yeah, we will never go back to them after this round, just wanted people to be aware of the robbery of...

----Its all Bidens Fault----I called To make a carry out order. I ordered for one large pizza he said only medium...so I ordered 2 pizzas. It's my fault I didn't ask for prices. I just kind of figured that medium pizza would probably run around 12 -15$$. So I ordered. One pepperoni with extra cheese and 1 pepperoni mushroom onion and black Olive with Extra cheese. He said thirty minute..... Great !! see you then! I'm only posting so maybe someone that has never been there Will know it's not cheap and probably everyone else has been there already, And those who read my post will probably chuckle a little bit. But you know what? That's okay, that's what these reviews are for. Informative and entertaining. The pizza Is so thin it's soggy... I got green olives instead of black...... And the total......... Forty two dollars and change!!! I thought maybe Being a fire grilled pizza it would be crunchy crust...nope! 😔I'm not gonna call up there & complain because what will that get me? I'll eat there again ...pepperoni pizza was yummy! I'll pass along my experience so your not dissatisfied a bit and broke like me. 20 bucks for medium??? I know it's my fault not checking first...but 20? WOW SMH

I almost lost my appetite after the green olive...

Got the 3 cheese ravioli's last night. Bag felt heavy so I thought it was all ravolis. Got home, opened it and it was 6 ravolis and 5 hole tomatoes in it. I left a $2 tip also. $21 on 6 ravoli's and 5 tomatoes. I was so hungry still after the 6 ravoli's. Tomatoes actually make me sick but not tomatoe sauce. Sauce was a little bland also, added some salt, pepper and lots of parm cheese and it made them ok. A little disappointed in the cost and portion size/massive tomatoes in a dish that doesn't say it on a menu. I will stick to places that give you...
