Unfortunate lack of professionalism and rudeness towards customers. In detail within a drive-thru oder commencement the employee name provided was “Leticia/Letisha” expressed a scolding in an abrasive fashion due to us not communicating that we simply had a whopper coupon while placing order over the speaker system within the drive thru line. Once approaching the window, greeted with attitude without flaw, stated “you need to let me know if you have a coupon”. Explaining the store manager by the name of Tony had recently provided coupons, as employee states that she had no idea of whom this particular person was, without knowledge. Simply replying “The manager of this location” on our end, thats where the hostility started. Handing the food to us frustrated and in an angry way, she asked three times what our soft drink was because, initially root beer was requested, and chose not to hear “sprite” several times. I understand employees have the capability of having a “bad day” prior to customers expecting them to perform simple job duties with sub-par customer service etiquette could possibly be too much expectation, however thats where upper management and proper mannerisms should be taught in respect as paying customers in contribution towards company profits leading to employee pay, as a local business owner its quite simple. The other issue is that when attempting to contact the current manager of this particular location, the phone has been turned off, with a voicemail box that says was FULL, unable to communicate my negative and unpleasant experience as a patron to this specific location for almost 6 years when we opened our business across the street. Read moreI placed a pickup order for breakfast on Saturday morning. I was there before 8AM. There was no traffic on the roads and little business being done yet at this Burger King. It took them way to long locate my online order.
I pulled forward to the infamous second window and was handed my food almost immediately. I am so glad I decided to eat before starting to drive. I pulled ahead and parked. I unwrapped my Ham, Egg and Cheese Biscuit sandwich. There was a lot of cheese. I took one bite. Something was wrong. NO Ham! I peeled the top back to verify that there wasn’t any ham. None! Then I double checked the Burger King App. Sure enough, my receipt showed that I ordered it with HAM.
I went inside and showed it to the manager. He took it from me. He did NOT apologize. He said absolutely nothing to me. I could tell by his actions that he was talking to the “cook” and that the problem would be fixed.
Within a few minutes the correct item was handed to me. We are all human. However, when a mistake is made that inconveniences a customer an apology is in order.

Read moreI placed an order on the BK app but when I got to the location 30 minutes later the restaurant didn't have my order. The manager had me come in the restaurant and never attempted to help me. When she offered me a chair to sit down 10 minutes later I realized should was not going to help me. I tried to show her my order on my phone and she didn't even attempt to look or offer a solution or fulfill the order or comp the order. I then submitted a complaint to the app and try to reorder at the counter. Mind you, I never got a refund for the first order. I then asked the manager if she would honor the deal I had on the app. She again tells me she has no idea what the deal was instead of asking and trying to figure how she can help. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! What happened to making the customer happy? I walked out with no food, no refund and no resolution. Good thing there's a McDs in the same shopping center.
