Aside from my formal corporate complaint regarding this location, I want to make the public aware of the type of individuals employed at this location. As must of us, log term TMobile customers are aware, TMobile Tuesdays allow us the opportunity to enjoy some marketing perks every now and then. My Mother is 67 years old and not to technologically advance when it comes to apps. This is the one reason why she had NEVER claim any perks. During my last agreement renewal, I bought her a Note 9 which brings the embedded TMobile Tuesday app; however, she had NEVER taken advantage of these perks; consequently, she had Never activated it. When she walked inside the store, they ask if she was there for the TMobile Tuesday umbrella, when she said yes, a sorry excuse of a manager by the name of "DIEGO" completely ignored her and told her she needed to have the application opened and ready to redeem. When my mother tried to ask for help on how to activate the app, he left to the back and left her stranded. A fellow customer had to assist my mother in performing two simple tasks. I find repulsive the attitude and poor professionalism displayed by a member of management from such an organization. If you have an elder ... please do not let them inside this store alone. You may want to keep your camera rolling while interacting with these type of individuals. To make things worst, she was given a broken handle umbrella which they refused...

Went to upgrade my phone when they did not have what I wanted in stock the gentleman immediately instructed me to order online or call the 800 number. Never offered other option!!! I had to ask him what other phones he had in stock because he was so quick to try to get rid of me, luckily I asked because I would have walked out with nothing!!! then I ask what colors he had in stock for the phone he pulled it up on his little tablet for me to look vs him walking me to the display so that I can see the actual phone. So once again I had to ask to see the display. After I choose the color he went to get the phone then proceeded to put in the order, I had to ask what was my down payment? how much my bill will increase due to the upgrade ? I felt like I was selling the phone to myself!!! If I didnāt need this phone for Christmas I would have walked out and took my business elsewhere!!!! Not to mention while waiting the staff was talking about another customer who called for assistance over the phone and they told her they couldnāt help her because the store was too busy and to check online. She as well wrote a review about the store because the staff was discussing it in front of the customers that was in the store. HINT HINT donāt talk about your bad reviews when you providing horrible customer service to the people right in front of you!! I WILL NEVER VIST THIS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited this location around 7:30 p.m. on 10/29/24 for help with unlocking a phone I paid off two years ago and encountered a very dismissive and unhelpful store associate. He was around 5ā2, clean shaven, and in his 20s with a jacket covering his name tag.
I was having a rather unique issue and had already been calling into customer service for three days because the reps could find no record of my account. When trying to explain the context of the situation, the store associate sighed visibly and cut me off. Then, he proceeded to ask me questions that he would have known the answer to if he allowed me to provide the proper context in the first place!
Iām still trying to figure out what was the most absurd thing about this encounter - him picking his nose before handling my phone, when he just walked to the back in the middle of helping me and never returned, or when I handed me the storeās phone to talk to another t-mobile rep like I worked there. He was on the phone with a rep talking about my issue and then handed me the phone, told me to talk to them, and then walked off. I had to finish up everything on the call myself. He didnāt even check to see if everything was resolved after I hung up and left the store.
