TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GIVEN THE WRONG ORDER!!! I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I love Chipotle, but my experiences here tonight have made me reconsider where I get my Mexican cuisine. I ordered ahead online through Uber Eats thinking it would save me time. I arrived at the estimated time. I walked in and waited for a while. The restaurant was pretty busy at the time and there was a long line. After a few minutes, I let the cashier know that I was waiting for an online order that was supposed to be ready. He took my name and said he would get my order ready. Two more customers walked in for pick-up orders. BOTH of them were served before me! I watched them make their orders. After this, I went back to the cashier angrily. He said my order ticket didn’t even print! He asked for my name again and then told the manager the order. I watched them serve everyone in the line AGAIN and still not give me my order. I went back again to complain because at this point it has been thirty minutes since the order was supposed to be ready. My family even came out of the car and asked what the hold up was. We wanted to cancel the order, but because we ordered through Uber Eats, we couldn’t without being charged. Finally the cashier gave me the order and said “here.” No apology for the time I waited or for serving everyone else first. The manager didn’t come say anything to me either! Horrible customer service. I felt ignored the whole time. The whole point of an online order is to wait less. I would’ve been better off joining the line when I got there. When we finally got home to eat, 2/3 of the order was WRONG! We didn’t get our burrito and the meat was wrong for one of the bowls. Absolutely ridiculous. You would think since they made us wait so long that at least the order would be correct. Not going back to this...
Read moreWanted guacamole, the lady at the counter gives me a tiny half a spoon of it barely stuck the spoon in the container. I politely ask her for more and she takes a big huge glob of it and smears on my plate and the manager yells out double guac, you need to charge her extra for it. I thought to myself if you just gave me a regular serving in the first place it would not have mattered. I did not say anything then. Yesterday I went in at a different time. The girl at the counter gives me such a small amount of guac the sour cream completely covers it. I asked her can you just put one full spoon like I’m barely going to get to eat that. She says that’ll be extra I’m not giving you more than that. I said oh. Long story short I just think that a company that heavily advertises its guacamole should be willing to serve its customers a reasonable size of it. I don’t want my plate drenched in it and certainly don’t want such a small amount that I might as well have not gotten it. Customers should not be suffering or experiencing the frustration of the workers because of how management is making them feel about preparing one of the most people’s favorite parts of a chipotle meal.Be strict with something that’s not costing the consumer extra. This is chipotle...
Read moreI recently visited Chipotle and ordered three bowls for myself and my kids, along with three water cups. While serving one of my kids, an employee named Asia mentioned that I couldn’t fill the water cup with juice. I asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a regular cup, and she said it would be about two dollars. I had no problem paying the extra cost, especially after already spending $47 on my meal. However, her demeanor throughout the interaction was rude and hostile.
When I went to pay for the cups, I asked the cashier for the corporate number and Asia's name. At that point, Asia interjected and asked why I needed to speak to corporate. I explained that she had been rude and unprofessional when I was at the drink fountain, and I didn’t want to continue discussing it with her in front of other customers. Instead of de-escalating, Asia continued to engage with me, and after I asked again for her name and the corporate number, she threw the card at me and told me to "call whoever," making the situation worse.
This experience was extremely disheartening, and Asia's behavior was unprofessional. I believe this incident should be addressed, as her actions were completely inappropriate for someone in a...
