Welcome to the new and revamped Dunkin review!
This Dunkin location just recently overhauled the look of their whole store. They were closed for about 1-2 months for renovation and improvement 🤨?
1.Aesthetics / Appearance: 1/5 How has this store’s look improved since the renovation? Well, let’s just say that the new look should grant Dunkin a new “addition”to its name and suggests that it has a whole new purpose and special service that it provides to the public. After looking at the attached pictures, I think you’ll agree that the new title of this specific location should be:
DUNKIN’S CREMATORY
Mission: For 76 years Dunkin has focused far too much on consumable confectionery products and less on what can consume the body once the soul has passed on. We’re pleased to announce that this location is launching a pilot program where you and your loved ones can plan after-life services for a body while enjoying a hot cup of coffee with cream! Some of our new services include body washing, embalming, gravesite planning, customizable tombstones, and of course - cremation! Yes, you read that right, and we’re not talking about coffee creamer. At this location we have a nice wide opening from the entrance through the middle of the store to better accommodate large bodies as they roll into the facility on various sized carts. The new pale gray flooring and ashy light grey walls really give depth of meaning to our new services. The dull metallic look of the display cases really screams “beyond”.
Please note that we have reduced the display case by more than 50% so that you the customer can focus on what you really came for: after-life planning in our new state of the art conference room. It comes equipped with plush leather chairs and a sturdy, yet elegant center table whose wood is actually made from recycled coffins to add the vibe our new services. While discussing washing and cremation services, you can select your favorite donut and drink to add more enjoyment to the planning process.
2.Staff: 4/5 At Dunkin’s Crematory we ensure that our staff are caring and personable for the customers who may be in the grieving process.
3.Donuts: 1/5 We’re not sorry to announce that due to additional monies funneling into our beyond-life services , our frosting has become much thinner on all of our reduced variety of donuts. Yes, the amount of frosting is so thin that it looks translucent on the dough. You can see through the cream just like you can see to the bottom of a freshly dug 6 foot grave. Who actually enjoyed a full layer of frosting as was done in previous years anyway?! We also just want to you let you know that our donuts around 3pm will be semi-rock stale due to not enough time to bake a new batch of donuts 🥺. That time will instead be used for making sure the “beyond life” furnaces are in proper working order. Our closing time has also been extended to 3am to accommodate for after-work hours.
PS: Don’t worry, we do not use the same furnaces for our “beyond life” services as we do to bake our donuts. (Or do we🤨?) Well, you’ll just have to unravel that mystery yourselves.
On behalf of Dunkin, we look forward to seeing you soon for creamer or cremation!

Read moreWhere do I begin? My experience at this Dunkin’ location was beyond disappointing—it was frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable. After a long day at work, I stopped by to use a gift card a coworker had generously given me. I arrived at 7:16 PM on a Saturday, and to my surprise, the lobby door was locked—even though the posted hours clearly stated it was open until 8 PM.
I made eye contact with the staff inside, who simply waved me toward the drive-thru. I explained that I was reluctant to use the drive-thru because I didn’t want to risk damaging my SUV’s rims on the tight curves, but I just wanted to use my gift card. When I finally got to the window, I asked why the lobby was closed early. One employee casually said they lock it when it’s slow, and another actually laughed and said he closed it early. So much for posted business hours.
To make matters worse, when I tried to use my gift card, I was told it had no balance. I work at the dealership right across the street and know for a fact the card was just loaded by a coworker. I asked her to check again, and she refused. I ended up paying out of pocket—only to call the gift card hotline on my way home and confirm that the card does have a $15 balance.
So not only did I spend money I didn’t need to, but I also had to risk scratching my rims in the drive-thru, was denied access to the lobby during business hours, and dealt with staff who clearly couldn’t care less about customer service or professionalism.
Dunkin’ should be seriously concerned about how this location is being managed. The two employees working tonight do not reflect the kind of service your brand claims to represent. I will not be returning to this store, and I will be encouraging others in my workplace to take their...
Read moreUsually I let this Dunkin’ slide when getting my order incorrect because they’re close to my home and I usually only get donuts for my toddler. Well today, my entire order was incorrect and the employees were careless. We ordered 1/2 dozen donuts (2 of which should’ve been vanilla sprinkled) and (3) extra charged coffees with milk and 1 sugar. The individual taking my order repeated it to me 2x and I confirmed. Only to get to the drive-thru window to discover they got the coffees wrong and added full cream and sugar. After requesting the change to my coffees (3rd time now), I get my 1/2 dozen donuts to find (2) which were suppose to be vanilla frosted with sprinkles, replaced with blueberry donuts. When informing the girl at the window the donuts were incorrect, she proceeds to tell me that they don’t have anymore of the vanilla sprinkle and hands me the coffees. So, you don’t have anymore of the kind I requested and proceed to give me anything you see fit before running it by me to see if there might another we’d prefer? None the less, the box was covered in some sticky brown substance that got all over my truck. Long story short, we ended up leaving DD with no vanilla sprinkle donuts and I had an extremely inconsolable toddler to deal with. This has to be the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve had and I’m not sure how this location...
