I've been dismissed before (Kevin McKone), so not much else Ican do except appeal to one of the franchise owners (David Costa Sr. David Costa Jr. Amy, Steven, etc.). - So our employees were hungry yesterday and I decided to make a food-run. I placed my order in the drive-thru and patiently waited. Afterwards, I noticed we were shorted 2 Sundaes and 2 McChicken sandwiches were made incorrectly. So, I parked and went inside. I informed the cashier of the issue, who promptly got the manager. I explained everything to the manager, but she was confrontational and asserted I received everything correctly. I had the bags of food to show, but she just dismissed me like I was trying to scam them or something. But I can assure you 6-dollars is NOT worth the 30 minutes I wasted waiting (nor writing this review). She told me she couldn't help me and left. So I reimbursed the employees out of my own pocket. - Look, I get it. Everyone is short-staffed, busy, and makes mistakes. We all are doing our best. But I would be embarrassed if our manager couldn't handle a 6-dollar mistake (cashiers were nice and food was hot/fresh though). It is not unreasonable to expect to receive the product we paid for. Read moreOne hour wait for two mcdoubles and a large fry. Drive through at standstill for over 15 minutes. Update: Still trash. Waited at speaker so long app deal expired and couldn't get a new code unless I waited another 5 minutes. I just ended up leaving. This should not be a thing that happens at a fast food restaurant. The food often comes slowly and more times than not incorrectly. With the amount of time I have to waste, just to get my food I spent my money on to get quickly, I should be getting paid to eat here not the other way around. If it takes an hour to get food from a fast food place you are paying with time and money. Too much time for the price of items. Let's be honest the food isn't worth half the price even if it didn't take much time. Nonetheless, it will take more time than you cooking a full course meal yourself and cost more.
Update 2: 11/30/24 Hadn't been in a while thought I'd give it an opportunity to redeem itself. Luckily I used the 15 percent off code because I didn't receive 33 percent of my order. Save your money and time and skip McDonald's altogether. At this point they either need to clean house or shut down. They've thrown out customer service and don't deserve $15/hr pay that they've been hollering for. The woman, at breakfast hours 9/8/2022 didn't get my order right and when I told her instead of fixing it she gets her supervisor and I have to tell her she didn't listen when I told her the correct order she starts yelling at me. When the cashier brings my drink that she forgot she purposely keeps it behind the counter and I have to reach down to get it. It's not my fault y'all don't train your workers or y'all don't listen. When I repeated myself 3 times. Plus I never received my receipt for the order to make a survey on the website. Hire better people because the ones y'all have aren't worth a flip. Last time I came a different girl wasn't even doing her job waiting on people, walking off leaving people waiting for a long time and wasn't filling requests. This was the final straw.
