Prices are ridiculously low. Food is so delicious. Seriously! Pretzel bites are softer than a pillow.

Secret: You can ask for a FRESH bag (pretzel bites or pretzel). I was not aware but it’s true. Just ask for a fresh bag/pretzel and they bring it from the oven. This is amazing. Not that the display ones aren’t good but you don’t know delicious until you try them straight out the oven.

Another SECRET: You can ask for your pretzel item to have more butter, salt, cinnamon, ANYTHING. AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. I know right????? Mind …. BLOWN!!

The pretzels are pretty good size for the prize. However, pretzel bite bags are too big for just one person. More like 3 can eat from just one bag. Drink sizes available are regular, medium and large. The regular actually is pretty big.

Great place. Definitely returning. Staff is on point. Just wish the guy cashier wasn’t so “anxious”. He seems to not have patience with the senior customers (rushing them and calling for the next customer when CLEARLY 5)3 person is still at the counter trying to gather their items…at a slower pace). Didn’t see him do that with younger people. Just wish he understands that out city is comprised of mostly older people. Be patient. Be kind.

Take out only. But trust me, you won’t resist eating on the spot ❤️

I do agree with the other poster review…….. Prices are not visible. The 2 VERY SMALL price charts are at the register. And yes, as I stated above, the young man cashier is very rude. From what I saw he’s only super rude to senior citizens....

It's a pretty good location, but they definitely have room for improvement.

Like another reviewer, I also got a long hair in my food. Yuck.

Another time my almond topping wouldn't adhere to the pretzel bites since they didn't have hardly any butter or whatever makes it stick. All the crumbs just fell to the bottom of the bag.

Aside from these 2 visits, the other times here have been smooth and without problem. Make sure new employees are getting good training with Health Code and that should make things better.

I like the app and have already got a free pretzel! Tasty and warm, get some while...

This was my first time visiting a Wetzel’s Pretzels, and I’m sad to report it will be my last. The menu was not visible on the overhead screens so I had to guess what the item was that I wanted to order. The young man at the counter took my order and before I was done paying was shouting over my shoulder to another customer for their order.
