China Star — Restaurant in Marietta

This was the absolute worst delivery experience EVER. We ordered from there once before and it was decent. This time they were almost an hour late and didn't even come until Grubhub called them. The delivery driver was rude on phone and hung up on us twice. He then told us he didn't want to come into gate and to leave our apartment to meet him. He hung up again when we did not agree. It was so late and we were told by grubhub that they would come get food tomorrow and contact restaurant to process a refund (which never happened after multiple calls). I tried the dumplings for Lunch a couple days later and there were bones in them! I called grubhub again and they reached out to the restaurant. There was no manager there and was told to call back at 12 the next day. Grubhub called and they were told the restaurant would not refund and to call them. I called twice and the lady up front was very rude and told me she did not have time to help me and that the manager would call tomorrow. three days later, no call. So I called again and was treated extremely rude again and she told me that the manager knew and did not want to talk to me. Finally she gave me number to him and he yelled at me. He told me to quit calling and that he refused to speak to me or help me. After explaining my story again, he insisted I was making everything up to get free food and that I am a big fat liar. He told me they buy their dumplings from someone else and reheat them, but it was not possible they had bones (I have pics to prove it). He told me how dare I tip low and that's why they treated me that way. Since I was so cheap, I deserved awful treatment. I have planned to tip extra in cash, but since the tip wasn't earned, I never got to do this. He was literally YELLING at me. I certainly will never order from here ever again. If I didn’t have to leave a star for review I would take that star back this place gets zero reviews from me for a nasty ugly attitude from this woman who answers the phone I always order food from them 30 $50 worth at a time every time and this woman ever since she started answering the phone she always try to up charge me on stuff that comes free like hot chili sauce she has a nasty attitude and is very rude person and I would never order from this place ever again there are hundreds of Chinese restaurants all around 10 times better service and attitude I’d rather Order from Three collor China restauran she’s real authentic Chinese food and many more restaurants there in China a cheating nasty person over the phone who is going to nickel and dime me that is so low class I am ordering close to $40 worth of food and she’s nickel and dining me for $.25 chili hot sauce that comes with my food anyways what a waste of time of a person this person should not be answering the phone or working in the food industry what a disgusting ugly nasty attitude I do not trust buying food from...

The worst place ever to order take out if I could give them 0 stars I would my son ordered teriyaki chicken and it had mostly green peppers and onions with a few little pieces of chicken I ordered honey chicken with fried rice and another order with lo mein noodles the chicken was overcooked it's was supposed to be honey chicken but Looked more like sweet-and-sour chicken it's was also was gummy and not pleasing to the eye yuck and when I called the store back to exchange My meal the guy who answered the phone was very nasty and asked me what did I expect for 599 his customer service was extremely ugly I never cursed at him he kept calling me out my name calling me the B word needless to say I will never order from this place again or tell someone to get their food from them EVER!!!!
