I am new to the area so in the past few months that I have lived here I have been to this Burger King a handful of times. I am writing this review because of the response to my last drive thru experience. I had gone through the drive thru and placed my order which included two Whopper Jrs with cheese and no mayo. The person taking my order asked me to confirm that my order was correct on the screen. I confirmed it and then drove around to pay and pickup my order. When I got home I started eating the first sandwich and it had the cheese on it but it had mayo, too. I checked the other sandwich and it was the same way. I checked the wrapper of the sandwich and it was not marked "No Mayo". On the receipt it showed "No Mayo" and I saw, "How was your experience, survey." I have filled out this survey many of times for other Burger Kings whether the service was good, average, or bad. Well, I told of my experience and at the end of the survey I was asked if I would like to be contacted by someone. I said "Yes." I have marked this many of times for other Burger Kings and I have never received a response but for this Burger King I did get a call from the manager. He wanted to make it right and I told him, "I am not looking for anything free, just an acknowledgement of what has happened." He assured me that they will look into making sure that the person looked at the wrapper. I really appreciated the call. Read moreThe slowest place I have ever been in my life. I've ordered ahead so it would be ready. Paid for it online and never got my food because we working folk have a 30 minute lunch break. It's just across a couple roads, but I got stuck on the inside line closest to the building for 27 minutes after they took the outside lane orders 3x making me late to get back even after I left my already paid for lunch. It was just 2 wraps, not a big order. No food, lost money to them, was still late. I tried again today, 2 cars in the line waiting for the window, 15 minutes and I heard her tell the person in the other lane okay sorry about your wait, 15 minutes and no one got their food and no one took an order either. Thats ridiculous and why all my coworkers say, "I know that's why we do t go there". Sometimes things get busy, but that wasn't the case. If you don't have enough staff then limit your menu. Read moreIf zero stars was an option. That's what I would rate it . This place is absolutely horrible . The girl working the drive thru didn't want to take time to take our order . She just hurried and moved us on . Didn't ask if we wanted sauce for nuggets or anything. Just hurried with us . Then found long thick black hair on 2 sandwiches and took them back in to get them remade and all three of the girls up front was lazy and didn't want to do anything . Acted like I was wrong for asking for them to remake my sandwiches when you could see hair on them. We have went to this location 4 times in the past year and they have never once got an order right that it wasn't missing something or made wrong . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Corp would not approve of the attitude customers receive from this location. Customer service is definitely a negative 10 here . My family or myself will not be back at this location .
