Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Marietta

Update: after 3 months, decided to give this location another try since I had Papa John's while traveling for business in Cleveland and it was fantastic. I ordered a few pizzas from Marietta location with extra toppings and it was excellent, plenty of toppings and they tasted great...still fairly pricey, but that's everything under Bidens presidency. Will be using them again. Original post- Maybe its because of inflation and cost going up, but lately, when ordering extra toppings, they are even more sparingly used. Got a large 4 topping pizza, and counted like 4 mushrooms and couldn't even find an onion on the whole pie! I know the more toppings you put on, the less you get, but to have so few for the added cost isnt worth it. Still great...

Absolutely do not order from here. I was told they would have my order ready in 15 minutes, so I was there in 15 minutes. They proceeded to tell me that they had messed up and my pizza wasn't gonna be ready for 50 additional minutes. After 50 minutes I went back and they still didn't not have my pizza. They said they would put it in the oven now, so in the hour and 5 minutes I had waited they hadn't even put my pizza in the oven yet!!!! So frustrating that people just can't do their jobs they...

Set up an account online and earn points toward free food. Friendly, accommodating service at this location. I placed my order using the app, walked in, paid cash, and was back in my car within seconds. I've also had good experiences with their delivery service.
