Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Marietta

Girl made my order wrong so I called to have it remade and drove all the way back to pick it up. Wasn’t done when I got there despite the 10 minute drive. She gives me the new sandwich when she was done and I check it in store to find she didn’t add extra anything that I had put on the order and looked exactly like the first sandwich she made (both sandwich's she added lettuce when there’s no lettuce on the 13 nor did I request it) She remakes it again finally right but as I’m sitting there inside waiting for it at 8:45pm, another customer comes in to order and she tells them there closed! I’ve worked at jimmy johns for over a year before and we all know you can’t close early, not to mention this location is listed on Google open till 10pm. I hope the general manager is reading this and makes all employees take a sandwich test (thought every Jimmy johns had to do this with new hires) because the blonde girl who made my sandwich didn’t know what went on it nor did she bother to check the cheat sheet....

EDIT: it's funny that they post a link on here to here about your issues, but I'm not sure what that accomplishes. It seems more like passing the buck: "I apologize that you are disappointed with your recent experience. For any issues with your order, I recommend calling the store and asking to speak with the manager. This location is independently owned and operated by one of our franchisees and will be able to assist with a resolution right away!"

This person did provide a number, but at this point I'm not sure I want to pursue it anymore especially after a few of the reviews I've been reading.

it was very disappointing and not at all like what I typically enjoy. I give them 2 stars for Food & Service because they got 2 items correct (bread & cheese), but not other items...

This Jimmy Johns is one of the worst I've been to. Their service is always shockingly slow (considering the slogan is freaky fast lol) Their staff is kinda rude and dismissive. If you order for delivery, expect to wait an hour for your food from my experience with this location.

Today's visit was especially bad. I just overheard a delivery driver ask the other driver, "Which one you taking? Look at the tips .. delivery that one late" while I was waiting for my food.

Meanwhile I'm currently watching, at lunch rush, 20+ guests standing around waiting for a table to eat at. Meanwhile one of their staff is sleeping at one of the tables people are waiting to eat their lunch at. Even if it's your staff lunch break, they shouldn't be sleeping at the tables, while 20+ nurses, doctors from the hospital next door wait to find a...
