Kat and Lush Cakery were a dream vendor to work with! She worked seamlessly with our florist and wedding designer + planners to create a piece of art that was truly the pièce de résistance of our reception space. Kat, with just a few inspiration photos on our end, immediately assured us she could take our vision to life, handling all the design and logistics proactively without us having to coordinate at all. Further, as a bride with Celiac Disease, Kat could not have been more accommodating to ensure I had safe gluten-free options at the cake tasting. Additionally, although we decided to have our cake not be gluten free, Kat was still able make a smaller gluten-free version that we could use for our cake cutting. Kat at Lush Cakery is AMAZING! She made my wedding cakes and the were perfect. I tried several different cake places in the area and nothing came close to Lush Cakery. Kat truly appreciates flavor and design. She was a delight to work with throughout the entire process. The tasting is personalized and you get large portions of very delicious cake. Then she works with you to perfect the designs. The final product at our wedding was both beautiful and the best cake I’ve ever eaten! Our cake was delicious and gorgeous! Lush Cakery came with our wedding venue and i am so so glad that they had this partnership. Kat is super creative and made the whole process so easy. She wasn’t pushing for us to do more and was honest with us on how much was needed with the guest count we had. The only thing we would have liked would have been to try more than 3 flavors of the cake. It would have been nice to tell her the ones we were interested in and then tasted those.
