This is the fourth time I tried this location and I always sit at the bar. Mind you Iām in the industry and itās annoying I even have to make a review but Iām so disappointed. The service was terrible, the bartender didnāt know whatās on the menu. She also had a bad attitude and clearly didnāt want to me there. Originally tried to tell me she didnāt have a chopped salad on the menu when I had to point it out for her that it is. I got the chicken soup and a salad and it took 30 mins to come out.. just doesnāt make sense. Once I got the salad I asked for more of the dressing bc it was very light, it says on the menu itās a spicy olive oil. I stopped eating the salad so I can wait for the dressing, 10 mins go by she asked me if I want the jalapeƱo or mango dressing. I said jalapeƱo assuming itās the spicy olive oil on the salad. Another 10 mins go by I donāt receive it and at this point my 30 mins lunch turned into an hour. I just asked to get it to go.. and was brought out the wrong dressing LOL. The other times Iāve dined I had food sit in front of me with no silverware for about 10-15 mins.. they are just a mess for their opening and need more training. Unfortunately, like others, our dinner was a letdown. My chicken fajitas came but without the flour tortillas. It took 15 minutes to get them and by the time they came, the fajitas were cold. I asked if they could take them off the bill and the options given to me were to have them warmed up or to box them to take home. I declined and asked for an adjustment. The manager never came to the table despite walking around us and the server said the manager only offered a $4.50 adjustment even though the fajitas were $18.
I understand that mistakes happen, but it is poor management when the manager throws his employees under the bus and not only doesn't take the initiative to talk to us to make it right, but blatantly avoids us. Instead, he sent the server to the table with a terrible offer for an error that was not her fault. And judging from hearing others around us, we were not the only table with an issue.

We were a party of four, our wait time to get a table was about 50 mins (understandable for a Friday and being a new restaurant). Ordered chicken chipotle, chicken sopes and an additional dish that my husband and I shared, queso as an appetizer. Our food was given to the table next to us and we had to notify our waiter about the confusion. When we got our food it was already cold and not to mention the additional (very long wait time) for us to get silverware. Drinks also took a long time to arrive to our table. We asked for our check and waited about an hour to get it, when they gave us our check the bill was incorrect, the waiter was going to take it and correct it but we just wanted to leave and paid whatever was listed on the check. The whole experience was a fiasco.
As a new restaurant first impressions matter. I hope they get this right if they want to...
