Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Marina

Ordered pick up online. Arrived early and tracked progress of pizza on my phone. The online app said my order was ready and told me to push the button as soon as I was ready to walk in. Pushed the app button there was a delay in the screen announcement that I was in the store. One of the worked ask for the name on the order so obviously they're not looking at screen welcome screen. The worker told me it would be right out just a few more minutes. As I stood there waiting, I noticed all 6 workers constantly looking up at the screen like every 30 seconds. The phone ringing off the hook, and no one picking it up. A few minutes turned into another 12 minutes because there was a mistake made and one of my items was not made. They didn't seem very genuinely appolegtic. I don't know how their system is run but to have 6 workers constantly looking up at the screens for the order, which seemed to be all online orders was not very efficient. The pizza didn't taste the greatest. The sauce tasted very bitter. I don't know if it was a bad batch or that's how Domino's pizza taste. I have not been to a Domino's in years and probably won't be back for...

Called for a delivery and pay over the phone at 8 they say 20min. An hour goes by. I call them and they put me on hold for 10min and say "Oh sorry. We will get it to you in 5min". Almost another hour goes by. I call again. They put me on hold for another 10min. I've had enough with this and ride my bike (had to order pizza because the car was broken) ALL the way across Marina. When I get there the Manager with the squeaky voice wouldn't give me a refund and tried to kick me out of the store because his driver, who looks like the lovechild of a homeless guy and Tommy Chong, claimed he dropped it off at my house. If I could give Zero stars I would, I didn't even get the chance to have they're food I tryed calling for 30 mins before they answered and they hung up on me 5 times... Yes five times when I ask for a manager he hung up in me when I called back for info on the store n the general manager number they gave me a fake number.... by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with I'm bin assistent manager at many a restarants and I would never hire such incompitant workers...
