Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Marion Township

The people working there were awful.. Looked at me like I was the fool when they couldn't comprehend what I was asking them! Spoke to the manager who did remove the bad attitude from the line befor she could be rude again.. He refunded my money by pushing it in my hands saying "if your not satisfied I don't want you to pay" I would have been happier if he would have had our bowls remade! I had almost no meat and the little bit that was there I had to shred myself.. It was 2 big chunks! My beans sour cream and peppers were all on different sides not on top of the rice which I had very little of! My bowl was only about half full! The food can be great but when the service n people operating the place put a little effort into life! I'm not even asking them to have pride in their employment just do the job they were hired to do! In not asking for friendly or good customer service! Its only the marion location that is awful like this but it is awful every time! I sadly say I will not be returning after this...

Chips were mixed. Most were very stail. Couldn't even chew them. About every 4 chips was a fresh one. Asked for black beans, was given a spoon of maybe 12 beans, steak was chopped very little and mainly fat.they were out of sour cream, but I just went to kroger and bought my own and added it. Portion sizes are getting smaller every time I go. Which is every Friday. They do not spread the items evenly across, just throw it in the middle, the counter was a mess, from just spooning items and flinging them. Not sure what is happening at this location, been going nearly every Friday for over a year, after a hard week at work Chipotle night relaxing and having alone time is my treat. I do not usually complain, I just quit going somewhere, but I really hope it gets better so I don't have to find another Friday...

To be fair, I typically love this place. However, tonight disappointed is not strong enough a word to describe how I feel. I pre-ordered my meal online. When I arrived to pick it up the dining room was full of mobile order customers waiting. Some had been waiting half an hour. I waited half an hour. Irritating? Yes, but understandable considering how busy they were. I was excited when I got my order and hurried home to eat it while it was still hot. Well... It wasn't hot. Not even warm. My husband's burritos were really undersized for the price, but that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was the fact that the rice was so severely undercooked that it was almost as if it hadn't been cooked at all. Gross. I paid $30 for food that I now have to re-cook myself to...
