I've been to this Culver's at least 10 times in 5 years. When I travel from Tennessee to Marion we always stop at Culver's never a complaint. This past Sunday August 24 2025. I've been paralyzed for 10 months now and bedridden 10mths and we did everything possible to make an overnight trip for me to get out and do something so we decided to go to Marion just for Culver's dinner. Upon my husband arriving to the restaurant there were no customers in line a 17 year old girl took his order before he left for Culver's he's specifically wrote everything I wanted down he put in my order first I usually do the 6 shrimp I went with the ten shrimp cuz I was really hungry I said two sauces plus get two extra and I wanted Hush Puppies not the bun. He normally checks this time he did it. If I'm getting to the room and him setting me up on my bed with the dinner I ate a fry it tasted like it was 2 days old not even I had to spit it out the shrimp...it was so overcooked I couldn't even bite it and yes I have teeth I had to take the skin off of it and then I ate the shrimp it was completely dry it set him into an upset swinging mood that it said it just ruined the whole experience for our dinner because I literally bought dinner that night it was $35 total for the two dinners I'd have been better off going to Burger King I tried to go online to do this review but being paralyzed and crippled makes it extremely impossible for me to keep pressing buttons and go further whatever thing they want you to fill out but there was no reheating it the next day I wanted to take a picture but he ended up feeding it to the goats and the chickens and the dogs when we got home because it was that bad he did eat his dinner cuz he's in the Army and he's learned to eat whatever he served but he even said the fries were the worst fries he's ever had. I can see if the restaurant was packed and there was a mistake they literally gave us eight tartar sauces who gives tartar sauce for shrimp never in a million years if I seen somebody give tartar sauce for shrimp I personally want half my money refunded or a credit to me for the shrimp dinner. he loved his fish dinner the coleslaw was good and he said the bun was great but when you go in there and you specifically order food it comes out horrible you just got to say something. Read moreWorst drive through experience ever! I've heard good things about thier burgers so I thought I would give it a shot. I ordered the double cheddar butter burger with bacon, just as it read on the menu. The cashier asked me if I wanted everything on it. She named ketchup, mustard, pickles, & onion. I said no pickles please. I thought it was a nice gesture for her to mention all the toppings. I get my order after pulling forward to wait. I get down the road & no bacon. For a $10 "value" meal, I expect the bacon I paid for. I return to the window to let the new cashier know there is no bacon on my sandwhich & asked her to please add the bacon. She then asks what I want on it...I told her everything plus the bacon. If she would have taken the time to look at my recept she would have known exactly what was suppose to be on my sandwhich. Instead, when she returns & I get my order, I pull into an empty stall and now my burger is iverflowing with a mess of tomatos, lettuce, a pool of ketchup & mustard & guess what...even pickles! Read more1st of all, I walked in through the kitchen/ employee door & was quite embarrassed. But the staff made me feel as though I could do no wrong & welcomed me in. Things only got better from there. While placing my order, I decided to mix things up a bit. Which just means, I was THAT GUY who was taking to long with his order, sorry about that. She just smiled & kindly rattled off multiple options to assist me in landing the plane. It was quite apparent SHE has EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS in the area of hospitality. When I received my order it was wrong, but the guy who brought my order out made it right. He didn't question my integrity, or go & hassle the young lady, or grab my receipt to perform an NCI investigation or even get mgmt involved & etc. I think you get the point, HE JUST MADE IT RIGHT. For some reason you GUISE have an uncanny ability of hiring all the right people. PLEASE keep up the outstanding work. Kudos to the mgmt. You could never go wrong with this...
