For Christmas I ordered a Nintendo switch for 2 of my children from online and had it for shipping because it stated 1-3 āArrivingā not shipping. So instead of driving 40 miles to a store with them in stock I ordered online. I ordered 12-17-24 which means it shouldāve been delivered by 12-21 at the latest. It was shipped from the store located 40 miles from me I might add. It was 12-30-24 and I had yet to get my package so I contacted support and I was told there is absolutely nothing they can do and the foreigner I talked to that I could barely understand told me flat out it was my fault for ordering so close to the holidays ā even though their website said 1-3 days donāt forgetā. And told me 5,000 points is all they can give my kids for having their present late which equals to $5 total for 2 kids to share when my order was $437. It is now 1-3-25 and have yet to receive my package. Terrible experience and will never revisit I will order through Target,Walmart or Amazon before I go through...

Recently purchased Battlefield 4 Pre-owned for $49.49, it clearly states on the case " INCLUDES BATTLEFIELD 4 CHINA RISING EXPANSION PACK." However, the DLC code had already been used, while this is to be expected from a pre-owned game you buy from a yardsale, it's not to be expected when the Gamestop associate does everything in his power to persuade you to buy the pre-owned version stating that it is essentially the same as the new one. When you call Gamestop to tell them this, they state that since it's pre-owned that it doesn't come with DLC, however they don't state this at the time of purchase, or on the box. According to the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act of IL, this would fall under the category of false advertising and deceptive business techniques. You will have to return the complete game, at this time i suggest you walk to the nearest bestbuy or walmart and buy the game in...
