My husband bought me an engagement ring and 2 wedding bands (and some other things) from this store. My set is gorgeous. I can't go anywhere without compliments. I had to have my set resized. Although it did take 3 tries to get it done correctly, I was glad to have my Wedding ring back. It had 2 broken diamonds when I sent it off and the guy said he couldn't see anything wrong with it...it was quite obvious. (I haven't seen him in there since, so hopefully he doesn't work there anymore.) The nice lady with blonde hair took over and did say she saw the problem. She had it sent off for sizing and repair. It came back with 1 diamond replaced and one not and the set was completely misaligned. I was so sad. I showed it to the same blonde lady, clearly upset and she acknowledged my issue and promised to send it to a different repair place and promised it would be fixed correctly. She put a priority sticker on it and when it returned it looked amazing! I just took it back for inspection 2 months ago when it was due and I talked to the same sweet blonde lady and showed her that the 2nd broken diamond was never replaced. I told her that after it came back the 3rd time I was just done and didn't want to send it off again. She remembered me and my frustration and assured me she would get it back right. Again, a priority sticker was placed on it, and although it took 7 weeks, I have my baby back. My ring looks better than brand new. I am so amazed that it looks as good or better than it did when it was brand new. I was disappointed during the whole thing, after my husband had spent so much $ and it wasn't right. I have gone to the marion store several times, I even have a credit crd there. However, I will not be returning! I have a necklace and a wedding ring that i take in every 6 months to have them inspected and cleaned. this last time i took my necklace i had had it sent in to have the chainn fixed and upon getting it back the lady just shoved it in a bag and handed it to me. so when i took it out to put it on i notice the whole chain was full of kinks. so not wanting to break it again i walked right back to the lady and asked if she could please help me to straighten it and maybe use her magnifying glass to see it a little better, as the chain is very small. she was very rough at tugging on the chain making the kinks worse and said she couldnt help me that if i had that big of an issue with it i could send it back in. Not even offering to take a better look at it. She then took it and put it in a box handed it to me and said here this is the best i can do. you tell me how putting it in a box fixes the problem? I have been to the padukah KY store and they were much friendlier and instead of having to wait 2 weeks to get back a botched chain from repairs they gave me a brand new one and even offered to replace my old pendant with a new shinier one. from now on i will be driving the extra miles to go to KY! your service was just awful and it is every...
