The food was ok but unfortunately the manager John Murray is very unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. I placed an order online and noticed it was made incorrectly once I got home, since they closed in 5 mins, I called Moes and was told to come in for a replacement item, which was a simple homewrecker burrito. Mind you I never asked for any replacement but that was what they offered over the phone to make things right and the gesture was appreciated. I came in the very next day and after a short bit of confusion, they found the note with my info and the manager himself came over very angrily and started to prepare the item, he was very upset and questioned me over and over on what exactly was wrong with the original item, instead of just replacing the item in good faith as I was promised by the staff. When I asked him what exactly came on the burrito, he ignored me and continued to make it. I asked him again and he said “everything that is supposed to”, which clearly didn’t answer my question. He said that he “would make it the way that it comes or he won’t make it at all”. I told him that I didn’t want any lettuce on it but that it was fine since he’d already put it on there, he then got very upset and proceeded to throw it into the trash and said he wouldn’t replace it all now. Very wasteful and totally immature. At first I thought he just didn't want to replace the item because maybe they were tight on ingredients but when he got upset and threw it away, it was clearly something personal and it seemed racially motivated. Even other customers tried to diffuse the situation and get him to calm down but he was being completely unreasonable & unprofessional. If you don’t like your job then find another. Short staffed? Hire more people. As a business owner myself, a good business manager stands by their staff, would have kept their promise and knows that their behavior is a reflection of a brand. Such a horrible example of the...
Read morehorrible we walked in and placed our orders and our order got interrupted several times because a customer was upset that the employee helping her with the pop machine couldn't get it fixed and It was taking to long and she needed help. You could tell that she had been trying to fix it for a while because all the employees were aggravated at each other and down each other's throats over it. After they finally got it fixed and our order was interrupted several times The girl got to the register and wanted to know what we had ordered and asked the girl who made her orders to let her know The girl who made our order said I don't even know cause I was interrupted too many times you're gonna have to ask them We spent about $50 sat down It was very hostile in there and you could sense that the employees were not getting along at all My boyfriend went up and asked somebody for cups for some salsa and the girl rolled her eyes one of the girls were overtalking to the manager and my boyfriend overheard them and she said that they were all not getting along and she need ed a solution and the manager said handle it amongst yourselves The manager had a personal cup came out of the office after all the girls were struggling and arguing with each other got a drink and set down in a booth she had absolutely zero skills to be a manager . I took my daughter to the restrooms and there were bugs the manager was walking out as we were going in the rr and you could tell she gave zero fu* about her job. Also the place was extremely hot and the fryers were to hot because the restaurant filled up with smoke. I It was cooler outside then it was in the restaurant. Read moreAs a first time visitor last week, I wasn't sure what to expect. Due to covid, no customers eating inside, but I liked the dining area. In fact, the first thing I noticed was the clean and bright interior of this restaurant. (I found out from an employee they recently repainted and upgraded their very nice interior) Free wifi is available. The food is fantastic! Served buffet style, I told the employees what I'd like, or not like, in my bowl and the portions were very filling. I'd ordered my food to go (again, covid concerns) and left the place with plenty to eat. They also included an unexpected free bag of complimentary chips and my choice of salsa, ranging from mild to an exotic style. The price for what I got was very reasonable. I noticed displays of their meal kits big enough for a family or office lunch. They offer catering, curbside pickup, and delivery as well as online ordering. Great first impression and I...
