Honestly, I just don’t understand why they changed the chicken. It used to be so good a few years ago when I first ate at this place, and now I cant even look at it without wanting to puke. It looks like something I can get at any average/below average diner which is sad because it used to be 5+ stars for me. The fries are also just mediocre and undercooked in my opinion (as well as the chicken). And no, this is not a one time occurrence that can be remedied because I’ve gone twice in the past two weeks. I am genuinely very confused- is this a price issue? New restaurants open and think they can just reduce quality and become sell outs and then wonder why they get some bad reviews? Ironic. Ordered for a large family tonight. Spent about $100 bucks for chicken delivery and it took almost 2 hours to get the food. That was over an hour longer than was originally stated. When we called to ask them where it was it finally came and all the food was cold. The person on the phone said to put it all aside and they would send new food. Wasn’t about to wait another two hours for new food so they could swap it out when it was already past dinner time and the whole family was hangry. The person on the phone was rude and kept putting me on hold and not telling me as well as not responding and forgot I was on the line. They just kept saying they were busy.
