McDonald's — Restaurant in Marlboro Township

Ordered: cheese burger happy meal with double fries and chocolate milk for my daughter. Repeated 3 times bread and cheese ONLY nothing else. Pick up window - received chicken nuggets meal. I stated I order cheese burger happy meal with just bread and cheese with double fries and chocolate milk. He said pull over to next window please. Meal came with meat in the burger and single fries with apple slices and no chocolate milk. Again repeated for the 5th time and showed the receipt. Took the bag back, came back with burger with removed meat and no chocolate milk. I said where is the chocolate milk and she responded BROO! I was done and pissed! You have the audacity to call me BROO! When you guys have the order in front of you and I repeated it more than 5 times and still can’t get it how it is suppose to be. She apologized but still how is this acceptable? This location sucks the staff is ridiculously rude and every time we order the same order and every time it’s messed up! More so how can you just remove the meat and give the same burger. Some folks are vegetarian just like we are and when meat was already in it we can’t eat it, it messes up her stomach and the practice shouldn’t be to fix it quick but to make it new. This we realized when we got home or else there would have been a whole different...

I ordered a free caramel frappe that I have earned with points from my previous purchases through the drive thru, I was told to go to the 2nd window. When I get there one girl asked me what did I ordered and I said a larger caramel frappe then she goes and tells me “you need to pay 1st” I then try to explain to her that i was using my rewards and that I already ordered and was told to go to the 2nd window, then she goes and said I can’t give it to you until you pay so you need to go around with attitude. I go around one more time to make another line to order again they guy on the speaker tells me to go to the same 2nd window when I get there another girl this tells me to go to the next window (3rd) to wait for my drink. Few minutes passed then the 2nd girl comes with my drink, I asked her for my receipt to make sure I review their service because it wasn’t necessary to make me for around again for no reason. The 2nd girls did explained that the ice machine was broken, however if the 1st girl would have said that to me to begin with I would understand and not get upset not only she made me go around but she also gave attitude when she said I can’t give you the drink if you don’t pay so you need to go around. My wife and I decided to stop here for a quick lunch on our way up route 9. The charge was $10.18. I didn't have a 10 so I gave the young man at the window $22 because I did not want to have a bunch of singles in my pocket. He gave me change for a 10. I asked for my additional $10 change. He looked confused and called the manager. They made a big deal of how they were going to have to count the drawer. I said that's fine I'll wait right here. They then asked me to pull up to the window where I got my food. After I got my food they asked me to pull up to the second drive-thru window. Several minutes later a woman who I assume was a manager told me she had counted the drawer and that there was no additional money in it. She then added because there was no additional money and they have "excellent cameras" she had checked the cameras and said that I had given him a 10. I said that's great, let me look at the camera. She refused to let me see the camera, conveniently. I will not be back here. I will think twice about going to another McDonald's. I can afford the $10. It's the principle...
