First, I ordered a cake 2 days before my party they told me they cannot deliver my cake in which they confirmed that they could deliver when I put the order, then a day before picking up my cake they told me they cannot put the decorations on my cake and I have to provide my own which I got pissed so they worked it out. They gave me $30 gift card to make up for the stress they given to me. Then I made another order to use the gift card I ordered cake plus snacks. After she came up to me and asked me how she could help. I asked for one of the treats..she picked up the treat with her bare hands. I asked her if it was possible to put on gloves and get another one because I saw her cough into her hands. She said sorry at first and then claimed she coughed into her elbow and not her hand. When she walked away to the back I walked away. She was so quick to deny it and I'm not eating food from a place like that.
