McDonald's — Restaurant in Marlborough

I will never go to this McDonalds again; I will not bring my family to this place again; I will not bring my kids; I wouldn’t even let my dog go here!!

Every time I go here, there is ALWAYS something! ALWAYS!

It’s INSANE!! Every time I pull up, I pull up wondering, “gee ... I wonder if I’ll actually be able to order and pay for food here this time!”

I can’t tell u how many times I’ve pulled up to the drive thru at this place, and I’m all ready to order, when some voice over the intercom says “uhhh ... just so you know ... we’re only taking cash at this time.”

Who carries cash around any more?!?

But now, lately when I pull up, it’s a new one. Now, the last few times I pull up, here comes the annoying voice ... saying “uhhh ... just so you know ... we’re only serving sausage burritos and hotcakes.”

What the heck!!! Sausage burritos and hotcakes???? So you have a full staff of people there, with the lights on, ..., you’re supposed to be open ... but you’re serving only two crappy items??

I’m completely DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!

Even when they are open late, with a full menu & are accepting debit cards like everyone else on planet earth, their fries are ALWAYS COLD AND DISGUSTING!! I always have to specify that I want my fries hot, otherwise they’ll just throw them in there ice cold!!

Even then, I can’t tell u how many times I’ve asked for a fresh batch of hot fries, telling them I’ll wait without a problem, and they give hot, STALE, fries!!!

I kid you not. They actually just take the cold, stale, fries that have been sitting there for an hour, and dumped them back in the oil, instead of making fresh ones.

I’m just plain done with this sub-par place ... period!

And don’t even get me started on the attitude of the schmucks that work there. They literally act like they’re doing you a favor, by taking your order! They act like you pulled up asking them to give YOU money or something. Worst...

Awful! Stopped around 930pm last night and ordered 3 meals. The Big Mac was only lettuce and burgers. No cheese, pickles or sauce and stale buns. The two cheeseburgers were so old, they were not edible. The buns crunched like a crouton. They also forgot to give us straws for the drinks and the McFlurry. Went back to ask for new burgers, the ice cream and straws and the people were very rude. They couldn't figure out why we didn't want the burgers that were obviously old stale and missing ingredients. Finally someone told the "cook", can you make some fresh burgers. They don't want these. After waiting a while, they came back up front and asked what I wanted. I said I never got my food or McFlurry and was still waiting. The woman finally grabbed our McFlurry that was still sitting and the drive-thru window and literally tossed a bag with the burgers at us. And said "Here. You're all set now". Unreal. Even my 10 year old was laughing at how rude they were. Should have known better than to go at that time of night. That food prep and service is way too...

We came for lunch. After bringing our food to our table, I went back up to the counter to request some sweet and sour sauce. It was not busy, but I stood at the counter for several minutes while all the employees pretended not to see me. I finally saw a manager and asked, “Excuse me, could I please have a couple of sweet and sour sauces?” She did not even look at me but said, “You havr nuggets?” I replied yes, and she gave me one sauce. I asked if I could please have two. She replied that no, you only get one; any additional ones are 25 cents each. I said, “For a ten-piece McNuggets?” (that’s what my son had ordered). She said, “Where are the nuggets?”as if she didn’t believe me. I said, “Back at our table where my kids are.” She wordlessly handed me another sauce. Very poor customer service, very rude. The food wasn’t good either— fries were cold, cheeseburger buns were old or stale, and the burgers were sloppily put together with ketchup leaked out all over the sides of the bun. Definitely won’t eat at this...
