Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Marshall

My husband and I visited this Dominos on our way home from Illinois to Detroit. We were exhausted at this point and needed a break from driving and needed some food. We tried to go to a restaurant down the street but that night they were carry out only. I noticed the Domino’s as we passed it on the way to the other restaurant so I told my husband let’s just call and order some food and then hang out and wait in the parking lot until it’s ready. I called, spoke to a gentleman on the phone, asked if they had flavored crust which he said no but their hand tossed pizzas come with a garlic butter on them so I said great let’s do that then. He estimated 15 minutes wait so we headed that way and sat in the parking lot until time was up. I had my windows down and saw a delivery driver come outside and go to the vehicle and he was clearly not happy about something and yelled a couple choice words but it was funny to me and gave me the entertainment I needed for the night. Once our 15 minutes were up, I went inside and paid and was given our food. We sat in our car in the parking lot and ate and it was delicious. We typically don’t order from Domino’s but we were happy that we did on this particular night. The garlicky crust was awesome and there was the right amount of cheese and toppings on the pizza. Going to be a BIG nope for me, not that I have any idea what their pizza tastes like (didn't have the chance). Placed the order online and got a message it would be ready in 20 minutes. Showed up at the estimated time and stood at the counter. And stood. And stood. And stood. One customer was sitting behind me waiting for his order. Finally after about five minutes of standing there, an employee finally recognized my presence to say she was sorry and that someone would be right with me. Fine. You're busy, I get it. So I continue to stand at the counter. At this point, four customers are standing behind me when the cashier finally comes up and asks, "Who hasn't been helped yet?" I raise my hand, right in front of said cashier, and he promptly calls on the customer behind me. When I threw up my hands in frustration, he was respectful, apologized, asked my name, and upon receiving it, told me it would be "about another 20-25 minutes". 40-50 minutes after I placed the order online. Thanks Domino's, but I'll just avoid...

Spent several days at the ER at Oaklawn a couple weeks ago. I ordered Domino's tree of those days. First time, they left the order with the receptionist and I had to go hunt my food down so it was barely warm. Second time, didn't receive drinks or sauces. Third time I ordered a meat lovers or supreme with ham added. When I got the pizza, it had ONLY ham. Why would I order a specialty menu pizza and only want the one meat that doesn't come with it? I called and was told that they would add any free pizza to my account. I went to order the pizza today and the "coupon" expired! I wasn't told there would be an expiration date or I'd have certainly ordered that free pizza. When I called tonight, I was told that there was a $10 credit on my account. I know there was a free pizza on there because I checked before we left the hospital. Today, the day I'm broke and don't feel great, and don't want to stand in the kitchen...I'd have rather driven a little bit to get that free pizza but I guess I'll stick with Pizza Hut since I'm in...
