I would give zero stars if it were an option I am very bothered by the experience we had.. we went to buy 2 meals which costed $19.66 the lady charges me and then says she charged me the wrong amount. She requests to see my card again I gave it to her not knowing she would be charging me for a second time. So now I have to wait 3 days to receive get the $18 they charged me for the first time.. the manager was very rude with me and basically said there is nothing that can be done which I understand but now I am out $18 and they didn’t even apologize.. worst customer service ever! The manager James is absolutely horrible and should not be working with any customers..

Just traveling through Martinez, it's late nearly the closing time for walk in dinning but we all needed a quick bite to eat we just have one dietary hiccup. Our granddaughter is a grown woman , lives in a Denver Colorado suburb. Having this dietary issue she knew from home that Carl's Jr just happenings to have a new item on their menu. It's the Burger Beyond. / Beyond Burger . She also ordered her favorite French fry..Crisscross fries It's actually tastes better than a regular famous star & now her grandfather is a Beyond Burger connoisseur. I always go to this location but never went inside. Drive tru only. So today I wanted to use the restroom. I walked in and ask to use the restroom and they said I have to buy something to use the restroom.

I think washing your hands before interacting is a good health practice. You don’t know where peoples hands have been. I think it’s a good health practice to wash your hands if need.

She said carls jr requires their customers to buy something before using the restroom. Not a good health practice. Especially is the customer need to wash their hands before interacting with the cashier.
