Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Martinsburg

Decided to order a late night dominos delivery since my family and I are on qaurentine, and opted for a contactless option as well. I knew there would be a wait since it was 9pm on a Monday, which was fine. Miss Katelyn who took my orginal order was polite and informed me it would be about an hour, told her that's fine and gave my card info. Food arrives but not by contactless, had me sign and all.

Well the food was not cooked, dough was still gooey on both subs and breadbowl so I called back and let them know it wasnt cooked and miss Kaitlyn took my call again but this time had some tone to her voice and after clearly explaining we have covid here she argued with me about sending the food back....

We got sent out cooked food this time but i guess they wanted to be rude so they sent my breadbowl all Shook up. Not cool. Alfredo all on the outside of the box and box dented like it was dropped. Delivery guy swore it was not him and insisted we call his manager on his cell before going back to the store. I do not believe it was the delivery guy. The manager wanted to be rude and...

Over a couple months, I've stayed at a nearby motel to this Domino's. During this time, I've gotten used to and very familiar with this particular store, so it's a good idea to review this place:

📍LOCATION: Very convenient, within walking distance to the nearby Relax Inn. 🍕FOOD: As I've noticed over these months, the quality of orders varies depending on who makes it. Most do fine and usually deliver the expected good quality pizza, bread twists, and desserts as expected, but if an employee messes up, contact the store or use Delivery Insurance and it may resolve the issue. This Dominos is poorly managed and it’s disappointing. I actually enjoy the pizza but the service is lacking. Every time we order there’s something wrong, whether it’s a 2 hour wait for delivery to where the food is cold when you get it, missing food, or this time the driver must have hit a turn quickly to where our whole pizza was messed up. Then I had to wait on the phone 15 minutes to ask for the pizza to be remade and brought out to be told okay but we are short staffed so I don’t know how long it will be. I have been a manager before in food service, if your company messes up and needs to fix it, that customer should have first priority because they already waited once. This store sucks and I wish I lived closer to a different store...
