Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Martinsburg

We placed an order for pick up and showed up at the time it said it would be ready. When I arrived the employee working the counter told me that they lost our order and would need to remake it. I said no problem I will be waiting in my truck just wave and I will be in. 30 minutes later and he still hadn't waved at me so I went in. I asked about my order and he started looking around and couldn't find it. He went to the oven and came back and said it was going to be a few more minutes. I then watched him walk back to the prep table and make my order. I asked to speak with the manager and a guy that was working five feet away from the counter comes around and asks what I need. He did comp my meal but it was still made wrong (by him). Pizza was great, hot and fresh. Love the stuffed crust. Almost as good as the old pizza hut...

Jamie sounded very helpful when I called but something went wrong in the follow through. I’m outside of the delivery area so I had to use Door Dash. I asked Jamie to help me get the crust I wanted since Door Dash didn’t provide an option, and Jamie assured me I could have the regular garlic crust instead of the thin crust his system defaulted to. I posted a 5-star review touting excellent service but am now changing it because I received a thin crust pizza with no flavor on the crust. I appreciate how nice Jamie was but am still disappointed because my husband only ate one slice and tossed the rest since it wasn’t a good crust. Jamie did send an extra garlic cup which was great. Next time I’ll order through Uber...

I am dropping a star off my review the pizza it is still delicious, but the slicing had become extremely erratic.

In the past few months I've had an extra large pizza sliced into 8 slices, 10 slices but widely varying sizes and now into 12 slices.

I like to eat two slices and take the others to work for lunch two slices at a time so your 12 slices or when you do 10 erratically sized slices makes it a challenge for me to have about the same amount for lunch each day. I don't want to take two skinny slices to work and end up hungry so the 12 Slice Pizza doesn't give me an extra day.

One of the other pizzas we got had two double wide slices but I didn't get a picture...
