Drive thru was backed up, which is normal for a Friday at 7pm. What I was not expecting was to sit at the menu board for 8 minutes and listen to them take 4 orders in a row on the other speaker. People that pulled in after me were getting their orders taken while I sat there waiting. Finally, a girl asks “have you been helped?” I tell her no, and she says “one second” and I hear her take yet another order on the other speaker. She finally takes my order after that, which was 2 happy meals and a combo. She yawns 3x during this, and excuses herself and asks me to repeat myself multiple times. We finally pull around to first window, and several seconds go by before we’re spoken to, because the young man at the window is texting on his cell. He calls out the incorrect order. I tell him which one we had, and he takes my debit card and says it declined. He pulls his phone out to text some more as he swipes more. I told him I’ll use my credit card and I attempt to hand it to him, but he doesn’t notice because he’s texting on his cell phone again. He finally noticed and said “oh” and swiped my card successfully. Aside from the rudeness of both individuals I’ve dealt with so far, I’m kind of suspicious of someone having their cell phone out while having my credit and debit cards in their hands. I get the receipt and see that the yawning girl that took our order charged us for a large drink with one of the happy meals and also with the combo (combo was supposed to be medium and of course happy meals were small). It wasn’t worth complaining about and the kids were hungry so I just came to google to voice this instead. Do better! I understand how busy it can be, I used to work at McDonald’s when I was a teen. But this is...
Read moreHorrible. I went in to get a sandwich and some tea and waited about 20 minutes after I ordered to get my food. I get it, get in my car and take it out of the bag and I could immediately tell it was going to be a problem. I ordered a McDouble with extra onion, pickle, ketchup and mustard. The ketchup and pickles were all over the wrapping, the cheese was almost all the way off the bun and it was so sloppy I couldn't believe it and I definitely wasn't going to be able to eat it. I'm not a picky person but it was too much for me. I went back inside and stood at the counter while on particular manager who handed me my order proceeded to act like I wasn't standing there and she looked at me several times. I stood there for about 10 minutes and finally yelled, "Excuse me!", and another manager came over and I told him what was wrong and he said he would remake it. I told him extra onion, pickles, ketchup and mustard. I got the sandwich and got into my car. I still wasn't right, nothing extra at all, but I just let it go. I backed up and was driving off when I bit into the sandwich only to pull a LONG red hair out of my mouth. I drove back around and went back inside and the manager who said he would remake the sandwich saw me. I told him what happened and showed him the hair and said it dam sure wasn't mine. When I was in the store the first time I was in there so long I noticed two red haired employees, one male with short curly red hair and a woman who had long straight red hair. He asked if I wanted him to remake the sandwich and I told him I just wanted...
Read moreAlways seems chaotic with every visit. Usually quick ordering service. Cleanliness is subpar. It's hard to find a clean table to sit at. Floors, trash, & fountain drink areas appear well maintained by an older gentleman. Food looks thrown together, might receive requested condiments & napkins, and more often than not, fries are tough, cold, and from bottom of the basket. Tea has been moved behind the counter. Staffing seems sparse - one person manning the register, half dozen doing drinks and window orders, fryer line cooks seem like they don't want to help in any other areas. Window people are often talking amongst themselves & acting like they don't have to concern themselves with anyone at the counter. Addendum: They did recent interior remodeling & frankly, I don't know what in the world they were thinking. The middle seating area has been converted to a low movable barstool seating at a long table & awkward seating where the 2 round seating areas for large groups were. They're now long bench seats with small sectioned tables. Only 2 registers and 4 kiosks are available for ordering, which results in backed up lines of people waiting for their food. One small area dedicated to Door Dash & the like. Trashcans face the doors instead of to the restaurant interior. Yesterday around 5 p.m., we drove by the restaurant, and it looked deserted....
