There is a reason that the receipt was developed throughout mankind's history. Normally we go into a restaurant however we decided to go to the drive-through today, what a disaster. first we placed our order over the intercom and halfway through our order we had a different person taking the order. then we got up to the window and granted we did decide to add on an extra drink, it shouldn't of been too much trouble as there was no line behind us. So we got the drinks our order and then we pull up and we couldn't seem to find the our electronic payment card or the receipt, so we looped around and look for it and check out our order when we realize that we were missing something. So I go in to get this order straightened out and the first thing they asked me was do I have a receipt, we did find the credit card halfway through this in the car but no receipt. They were polite and did try and straighten out this order! however without a receipt it made things more difficult. one of the ways that granted avoided throwing everything out and starting over was to put gloves on and poke through the food to make sure it was right ( they thought it was beef but it was chicken which meant they needed to redo the beef one ). they quickly through on another one and cook it up and didn't ask for any extra money. Well not my worst or best experience I'm not in a hurry to go back, they do have some room for improvement. but at least all the employees made me feel like I was the only person in the restaurant...
Read moreUpdate 03072024 tried it again after a coworker told me they got better. Long waits are gone but after the sun goes down the food does not taste good or tastes like a sweaty gymsock or armpit. I went there yesterday night around 7pm after a 13hr shift without any food and this location disappointed me again. I was so hungry i ate the gymsock burrito and 2 armpit tacos they gave me and this morning i feel sick and threw up. Taco bell is the only meal I ate yesterday. Got another 13hr shift to do today with an upset stomach. Please can someone tell me why this taco bell is so bad these past 5 years. I will no longer be going to this location as well. It's just as bad as inwood but not worse.
Food is not good. They cannot keep their taco railing or kitchens clean. The food is slim on portions or rotting or contaminated. There's better Mexican and texmex food nearby so I'll just be going there until it gets better again. I tried door dash and grub hub last month and the quality did go up a notch but...
Read moreNormally wouldn’t review a fast food joint, but the customer service I saw today was more than note worthy. A very rude couple was ordering a large and confusing meal, arguing back and forth and snapping at the happy cashier, Kenneth. The couple was demanding discounts, free food, and questioning Kenneth’s integrity saying he must have “punched the food in wrong” to give them the total. Kenneth calmly and intuitively defused the situation, explaining the prices and working with the unreasonable people until they were genuinely satisfied paying for their food like the rest of us. This is the kind of dedication I’d like to see from my employees! I know I don’t have that kind of patience and I commend Kenneth for that. When I got my food next, he was kind as ever without missing a beat or acknowledging the previous customers at all. I considered offering him a job....
