Look im not gonna lie the food is great love it but the experience is had at this location was crazy. So I went and ordered food from the drive thru and got my food parked in the parking lot to eat it opened the container of rice and broccoli and beef and orange chicken I ordered starting eating the food and happend to look down at the rice and noticed something in it didn't know what it was at first cause it was mixed into the rice and I thought it could have been something from the broccoli well it was a long white hair it was actually very long and was mixed in well with my rice and I almost ate it luckily I didn't and saw it before I would have ate it so yeah it turned my stomach really bad and I was not hungry after seeing that only after taking like 3 bites of the food well I went back to.the drive thru told the guy working there i need to speak to the manager the manager comes to the windows and I tell him about it well he looks at the food and says oh thats a green hair I said no it's white or blondish not green he said we dont have anyone here that works with green hair I said that hair is not green I said who.in the world has green hair unless they dye it he said hold on a minute and refunded me my 20 dollars fortunately. Read moreMy wife, Karla, has always had a fondness for the flavorful dishes from Panda Express, so she decided to place a mobile order through their app. After browsing the menu and selecting her favorites, she placed the order on her phone. About 20 minutes later, we arrived at the restaurant, eagerly anticipating our meal.
Upon entering, I noticed the drive-thru was particularly busy, and oddly enough, there was quite a long line at the counter as well. Despite having ordered ahead, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes inside for our order to be prepared. While this delay could have been frustrating, the inviting aroma of sizzling woks and the cheerful bustle of customers created a pleasant atmosphere.
When we finally received our order, I was pleased to see that everything we had chosen was packed neatly and looked absolutely delicious. The staff members were friendly and greeted everyone with warm smiles, which added to the overall positive experience.
After devouring our meal, we both agreed that the food was well worth the wait, and we’ll definitely be returning to this location in the future. Next time, we plan to allow ourselves about 40 minutes from when we place our order to when we arrive, to help avoid any potential delays.
However, one thing to consider is the timing of your arrival. If you arrive too late, your food could risk becoming cold, but if you show up too early, you might find yourself waiting in the parking lot or dining room. On the bright side, if you do manage to time it right, your food will be fresh and hot when you...
Read moreAnother garbage dinner from this location. Ordered 2 plates. Got half of my order wrong. Gummy white rice instead of fried rice on one. Got three servings of terriaki chicken, all of it was burnt black on one side, dried out, and only got 1/3 serving for one of the plates. Beijing beef was old as hell, gummy, super chewy, and dried out. Some bits weren't even edible. Tasted like a $2 frozen Tai Pei thing from Wal-Mart. Chow mein had no cabbage in it, just dried out gummy noodles. Same manager working that messed up my last order. This crew needs to get it together, and the manager needs to stop putting tiny portions in the boxes, QC the food that's being cooked, and cook every 20 mins like they're supposed to, not once every 2 hours. That burnt black chicken should've never hit the hot bar. Oh, and the dining room was closed AGAIN for "lack of employees" and it was drive thru only, AGAIN, which is prob why he let the food get SO old cause no one could see it before they bought it with only the drive thru open. How you can have food that old at 5:30 pm on a Monday (prime dinner time) is beyond...
