Worst experience we’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Usually they’re really nice and amazing at other ones. So we tried this one for the first time since we just moved to the area. We got there and the drive thru line moved super slow while some of the employees just sat there and chatted and then realized “Oh we should be working” and scattered to go take orders. We finally got to get our order taken and the lady didn’t seem friendly, she didn’t smile whatsoever and seemed like she pretty much hated being there. She took our order and spoke with a bored tone. But every minute she would stop us mid sentence and say “move up here” and make us constantly move up. I understand they have to make room for other people to get their order taken but she wouldn’t remember what we told her before and never got that part of that order. We asked if she got the 12 count nuggets and she said yes. We continued our order and got our scan in. She repeated the other back and said “8 count nuggets”. We told her no we want the 12 count. She just goes “oh” and changes it. She tells us to pull up and nothing else. We pulled up and waited for around 15 minutes while cars behind us got their orders before us. They kept asking if these orders were ours and we would reply with a “no”. Then a lady just came out, gave us our food, once again no smile, then walked away and said nothing. No “thank you, have a nice day” or “my pleasure”. This is honestly the worst experience we had. I didn’t get the ladies names because I didn’t think to look at their name tags but the first one who took our order had blonde hair and was working on the far left grass side of the drive thru. The other one at the automatic door also had blonde hair and some makeup on. I don’t usually leave bad reviews unless they’re rude like this and just seem to not even care about the guests or creating a good atmosphere. Most of the employees were just goofing around and giggling and it seemed that way in the front of the...
Read moreIt's hard not to rate this location 100% A++++, the owner and the people are fantastic, not just as workers, but as members of the community. Since reopening after renovations, the footprint of this location is about 75% drivethrough, which in itself is not bad, but exiting back to the road is nigh impossible sometimes. Before the renovations there was one way to enter into ways to exit. After these renovations there are only special circumstances in which you can use one of the exits, which used to be the most useful exit. This is the exit that is also an entrance, it's the most useful because it's the furthest down the road, and when you turned right out of that exit you had enough time to get into the left hand lanes before you got to the main road, now due to newly implemented one ways in the parking lot 60% of all parked cars and 100% of drive-thru cars are funneled to the most inconvenient exit which forces you to take a right-hand turn towards the Commons and potentially going pretty far out of your way to be able to turn around and go the direction you want if you wanted to go towards Lowe's or deeper into downtown towards Martin's. After struggling a few times I've decided I'm really only visiting if I plan on going to Target or getting on...
Read moreI drove there this morning with an older coupon for a free breakfast biscuit signed by store manager Kendra. This coupon didn’t have an expiration date and was only for the foxcroft location. Ironically enough I used to work at this location and receive the coupon as a gift… but you would think a signed coupon with the store managers name and no expiration date for a breakfast biscuit would be accepted? Wrong! I even had a drink and hash browns in my cart to order as well… I kindly told the employees after their condescending treatment of me that no thank you I don’t want to order anything at this location.
Point blank don’t hand out coupons with no expiration dates if later you decide there is actually an expiration date. Also kind of shocked by the customer service at a chain known for treating customers better. It’s a shame there is not really other options for chicken outside of the big corporations in the Martinsburg area. Shame what’s happening.
Chick Fil A Foxcroft you lost a customer.
