Wendy's — Restaurant in Martinsburg

Went in for some lunch today ordered a bacon double cheeseburger in the drive through lady obviously wasn’t listening to me she tells me to pull up to first window doesn’t tell me the total she wasn’t even at the first window she was at the 2nd after a few minutes waiting I pulled up nobody even said anything to me so she doesn’t ask for a total just takes my card and swipes it then says I’m short $2 I was thinking no way because that sandwich is only like $4 so she finally says the total that it’s $7 and some change I said there is no way a double bacon cheeseburger is $7 something’s not right so she says do you want a refund because it is and I said yes I do so I get my refund go in the store order the exact same thing I orderd in the drive through and what do you know only $4 and some change so I try to get to the bottom of why the lady was trying to charge me $8 well she obviously wasn’t listening to me at all because they were charging me for a sandwich that I never even ordered last at the drive through was very unprofessional I tried to tell the younger man working the cash register about it he just ignored me and brushed it off like nothing happened very unprofessional atmosphere I can definitely say I will not be back to...

My sister and I stopped here for lunch and got two crispy chicken Biggie Bags, both with bacon cheese fries instead of regular fries. Everything went smoothly, until the food hit our laps.

Only one order had the bacon cheese fries. The other? Just regular fries, which I ended up taking like a champ. The bacon cheese fries we DID get? A crime. Whole strips of bacon just laid across the top like someone gave up halfway. Cheese barely melted, all the sauce chilling at the bottom like it had somewhere else to be.

Nuggets were fine, gold star for those.

Then I opened my crispy chicken sandwich and immediately caught a whiff of something that said, don’t do it. Took one bite and had to spit it out. The chicken patty smelled and tasted… suspicious. My sister’s sandwich was better, but her top bun had weird little black specks.

Just to be clear, this isn’t my first bad experience here. I gave them a second chance and got played again. This location seriously needs to be reevaluated. At this point, it’s not even fast food, it’s...

I placed a mobile order because i live 20 minutes away but really wanted wendys. I paid for my order and headed to the store thinking it would be ready by the time i got there. The lobby was closed, which is fine because it was a little later. So i went to the drive through. I sat for about 10 minutes and didnt hear from anybody. So i drove to the second window and still didnt see anybody. After almost another 10 minutes, Since i had already paid for my food, i called the store and then finally i saw a woman answer the phone and they came to the window. She said they were short staffed but i was the only person there. After waiting again, she came and told me they didnt have some of the stuff i paid for. She was also very rude. And without telling me, there were also other things missing from the food that i had already paid for. I will never go to this wendys again. Most awful experience. I get better customer service at mcdonalds. If i could give zero...
