Do you want to experience mind melting deliciousness? If yes, go to Caribbean Jerk on Wheels! Though it is in a building now. I had the jerk chicken. My husband had the curried chicken. They were both tender, flavorful, falling of the bone delicious. The jerk chicken tasted as if it had been roasting over an open fire all day long. I had my chicken done with medium spice and it was very pleasant. It left a slight tingle on my lips and tongue, but wasn't overpowering.The cabbage and rice are also amazingly yummy. The next day, my husband actually attempted recreating the cabbage and veggie mix because Carribean Jerk's version is just that good. If anything, I would want more of the cabbage and less of the rice. The portions are massive, I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day minus the cabbage since I had eaten it all the day before. A week later, my coworker brought the oxtail back and bought a patty for me. Both were tender and mouthwatering delicious. The dough for the patty was also flavored with a nice spice, which I appreciate. I haven't had it, but she recommends that we get the bread pudding and have some of it first before filling up on the entrée. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. It is a very pleasant atmosphere especially when the TV is turned down low or off because they also play some lovely, relaxing music and, at least when we went, it couldn't really be heard over the TV. When we were the only customers there, we asked if it could be turned down and the lady kindly turned it off for us. For me, it felt as if I was at a loving family...

A friend told me about this place just yesterday and a few of us decided we have to go. We ended up going the very next day (today). It is about an hour away from us in Pensacola. We arrived a little before opening time and we were ready to eat some food! The staff allowed us to go in just before opening time and were more than happy to have us. They were so nice. They recently opened up the building but it is nice and clean. The whole time we were there it felt like being amongst family. Ok now the food......oh my goodness aas it delicious! It was so good that we all ordered plates to go! It was most definitely worth the hour drive. If it was closer I would frequent eating here at least once a week. All in all this place exceeded my expectations and I left with a full belly and an even fuller...

Just went for the first time. Walked in, didn’t get greeted at all. I asked for 2 beef patties, the lady just walked away without a word. I sat down and waited. heard a MICROWAVE SOUND, and when I got my beef patties they were soggy and textured horribly as if it was just microwaved.. I read the previous reviews before going in, and I can confirm they horribly microwave their food instead of making authentic food. Golden Corral is 50x better than this place. I advise anyone against going here. Horrible service (I felt so uncomfortable) and horrible food. As for the beef patties, normally Golden Corral will ask if you want Spicy or Mild. They didn’t.
