Went here a couple days ago with my mother in law I had ordered just one drink which was not particularly difficult,a latte with all of the syrups in it to be the sugar free versions,almond milk instead of regular and a bit of heavy cream. I usually have no problems and any Starbucks,even this one as I have been to this location a number of times. Well just this once whip cream was put on my drink which I cannot have and do not care for. So I thought to ask if they could just scoop it off or something,if there were spoons etc where I could do it myself I would have as I am a shy person and do not like to bother people.
So my mother in law asks the barista for me. And I get it she was busy,the day was hectic,but she gave us the side ways eyes and said to my mother in law in the most snarky tone as if we were idiots "It does have heavy cream in it." As she spoons off the whip cream. I left it at that. I was sick and not in the mood to deal with such a rude person. To top it off the espresso in the latte was burnt. Asked for a tall Java Chip Frappucino, a tall Black and White Frappucino along with Bacon Gruyere Egg Bites. The java chip was given to me first. They handed me a hot drink so I advised thw m it was not right. No apology for the mix up by the male barista at all. Waited and we were told to pull around front so they could bring it put to us because the line was backed up. We pulled up front. Waiting another 2 minutes. A female barista brings out a tall frappucino and it's just a white mocha. She asked if it was the right one. I say yes because at this point, we have been waiting too long. She said have a great day. But I tell her we were missing our egg bites. She goes he didn't give them to you. No. She said she would go back in and get them. I wanted to share my experience today and hope I can help the store gain something from it. I ordered a mobile order and I got my drinks in a timely manner. When looking at my two drinks I notice they look different from what I normally order. After tasting it I realized it was heavy on the milk in both drinks. I drove back to get them remade and the lady asked for what I had never apologized for me not being happy with my order. She asked me to park at the mailbox.. I waited 15 minutes for a remake. I shared with another employee a picture of what the drink should look like ( the same drink I got earlier in the week) and she said “yea, I got you” then proceed to walk away. I never experienced anything like this from this Starbucks but today I did. With all this being said I would not be getting coffee anymore from this location.
