Been meaning to go here for a long time since I’m a big chipotle fan. They are definitely comparable to chipotle and were really good tasting which was a big relief. They got a lot of choices for what to put in burritos. Their hothead queso was really good. It’s like 2 dollars and something extra which is a bit high in my opinion but the taste is good so I don’t mind the price so much. The lettuce was still crisp which is good since it shows the veggies were fresh and not old and soggy. Staff were friendly which was a plus. The inside of the store was clean from what I seen. The booths were all good looking and didn’t seem outta shape or dirty. I didn’t go by the tables but the booths I seen were nice so I’d assume the tables were clean and in good shape as well. The burritos were also big and thick which was tasty and nice and filling. The price per burrito was kinda hefty but with the burritos being so big it seems fair enough. They can just about fill the stomach of an average person so it’s almost like a whole meal in itself so I’d say the price is doable. All together I’d say 4 stars cause the place looked clean, good choices for fillings, staff was nice, and food was really good tasting. Only downfall that made me say 4 stars and not 5 was the slightly high price. But as I said before the burritos are big so it’s a lot of food for the money which makes it a decent deal. Worth going to try this place I’d say. :)

I've tried to give Hot Heads Burrito's in Mary Esther a fair shot, but after FIVE different visits before their posted closing time of 10PM, l'm officially done. I've shown up anywhere from 9:30 to 9:50, and every single time l've either been turned away or found the doors locked. One time I was told the worker was under 18 and couldn't serve me because their manager left early— even though there were multiple employees there. Another time they said they were just "short staffed"... with THREE people on shift. And tonight? Same story, just new excuses. If you're not going to stay open until 10PM, then don't say you are. Either update your hours or stop wasting people's time. It's ridiculous and unprofessional. I'd love to actually try your food, but I guess that's too much to ask.

We have seen this place but never have tried it. We had a coupon for this place, so decided to give it a try. It's very similar to Chipotle but cleaner and lot more selection of sauces. We got a vegetarian bowl. The sauces were amazing. The southwest ranch was yummy and their famous sweet habenero had the perfect sweet and kick. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very patient with us. We took forever since we had no clue what to do. The burritos that other people were ordering were huge!! Be ready to have an appetite if you coming to eat here. Great place to eat if you want something quick and tasty.

First time in here, as we've gone to other locations. When we came in, there was only one other table of 2. I went to order first and told the one employee behind the counter I didn't know what I wanted. I proceeded to try to read the menu but within seconds he asked what he could get for me. I again told him I didn't know, other than a bowl. He said what do you want on it. Clearly rushing me to not even have time to look. I quickly picked the Americano because I have had that previously at other locations. He asked if I wanted it exactly like it is, and I said no sour cream. And that I wanted a drink combo. He put a cup on the tray and then it was my husband's turn. The guy asked what he wanted and he replied with an Americano no sour cream but wasn't asked/offered a burrito or bowl. He was given a bowl, when he wanted a burrito. He was given chips and drink. So we ultimately felt rushed through, just so the guy could go into the back. Its not like there was anyone behind us, as no one came in the entire time we ate. And we didn't get the chips and cheese for my combo. I dont blame the chain, I just think the worker made it so we won't go to that location again....

SEVERE STOMACH PAIN AND DIARRHEA FOR 67 HOURS STRAIGHT AND COUNTING. I WILL BE REPORTING FOOD POISONING AT THIS LOCATION

I made an order for pickup before they opened Monday the 29th. The pickup was for 12:15. Shortly after they opened at 11, I got a notification that they started preparing my order. I thought for sure that was just an inaccurate automated message and they just received/acknowledged it and would not have my food sitting prepared for over an hour.

I got there a few minutes early (shortly after 12) I picked it up quick and easy and I still didn’t think twice. When I got back to my job site to eat it, the burrito bowl looked disgusting. The guacamole was concernedly brown, I scraped it all off. I was very hungry so I still started to eat my food. I made it a quarter to a third of the way through it when I realized the chicken tasted a bit off and the “super greens” were unidentifiable because they were so brown and shriveled. I could not eat anymore and threw away my $17 lunch.

I have been in severe pain and had terrible diarrhea for three days now. If I don’t get better by the end of my work day today I will be going to...
