Smoothie King — Restaurant in Mary Esther

I’ve been coming to this smoothie king since it opened at least once every few weeks. I always get the same nutty super grain. Yesterday I came through the drive thru to grab one on my break. The first time I ordered it there was no peanut butter in it. So I had it remade inside the store. The second time it was so thick with peanut butter that I couldn’t pull it through the straw. I brought it back in to show the girl at the counter and she immediately copped an attitude stating that since I couldn’t taste the peanut butter the first time she put two extra big scoops in the next one. I explained there was no peanut butter the first time and I just wanted it made normally. She told me I was wrong and that there was. I didn’t want to make a scene so I just asked if I could have it made normally and she said she would but still maintained that I was wrong. I know what my regular smoothie tastes like but I didn’t say anything back to her. She did remake it and it tasted fine that time. I understand it was an annoying situation but it could’ve been...

Ive been at this location since the opening. the staff are welcoming and customer friendly they greet you with a pleasant smile whether you go inside or to the drive thru. the owners are super friendly . if you have a problem or you didnt like the taste of your smoothie just give them a call they will be on top of it before you even say the word. i use to get my smoothies from different places and thought i was really drinking a smoothie. I was then introduced to smoothie king the first time i tried it was in mary esther. i was well informed about the different smoothies as i was on the wellness side i tried the mango kale oh my world it was the best smoothie i ever had. Im never going back to what i was calling a smoothie. ive tried a lot of different smoothies they are all good no kidding but i just love the mango kale. just go in and check them out if you havent already . best place to grab your smoothies . the experience was awesome. i love to go to.places where staff are...

The staff has always been professional and polite. Today, as I waited in line, I noticed signs posted for the staff mentioning their timing and how they can do better. They are written in a manner that makes it clear they want to boost their team, which is great. However, I think it should not go unnoticed that many times I have seen someone working alone, or with just two people, and the lines are long. Yet, staff is still friendly and clearly doing their best to keep things moving. They have online orders, drive through orders, as well as walk in customers (and many more responsibilities, I’m sure). This morning a young lady, Dana, was in there hustling! She kept a smile on her face, was polite with every interaction and handled the task at hand with efficiency. In today’s society, it’s not often you are met with such kindness and grace in the service industry…so thank you, Dana, it was noticed and...
