The ice cream here is very tasty and creamy! While I can't say I've tried some of the more adventurous flavors (yet) as I'm a big fan of the staples, I think it's neat that they offer a variety of seasonal flavors and non-dairy options. Definitely some unique flavor options that set them apart from other places. Their cookies & cream is one of the best I've had; it's not just vanilla with oreo chunks; it's actually cookies & cream flavored ice cream where the flavors of oreo and vanilla are really well blended. The texture of all of the flavors I've had so far are thick, creamy, and don't melt too fast, especially considering the Florida heat.

If they were looking to expand/improve anywhere I would suggest maybe improving on sundae options for those that like this, although I do think their ice cream is high quality enough where it stands on its own and needs no toppings or extras to be delicious. I've been to other places (not in this area at all though) that use either a home-made hot fudge or a richer, thicker hot fudge brand, and a home-made or creamier whipped cream (TJ's used Ghirardelli hot fudge sauce and original Reddi-Wip, for comparison). The cups/bowls they use are generally not well shaped for sundaes with a lot of topping if that is what you are looking for. Keep in mind, sundaes don't seem to be their main offering, as their high quality ice cream and tasty variety of flavors definitely is their biggest angle. One other minor critique I have is that when we went it seems their small was one scoop, their regular was two scoops, and their large was still only two flavors but a larger cup. They did not seem to offer three scoops with three different flavors, which my husband would have loved to try.

The people were all very friendly and the atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. The tables and overall establishment seemed very clean. There was also some really pretty and beachy art on the wall to admire while enjoying the ice cream.

Overall I...

Would give a zero if possible. Ice cream was so bland. Very little flavor. The owner was very rude to staff and customers. Sign says free sample in non-dairy. When the nice girl at the front went to get me sample he pushed the bucket of ice cream back at her and said no samples we are busy. So no customer service when your busy. You should embrace you are busy and look to give the best friendly service you can. You were not fast regardless. The 5 seconds you saved you lost in total experience. That would of changed the experience because you weren’t fast, the quality was a no. You should never lose friendly. The most important of the 5 fingers of the food service industry.

We looked past it because the girl was nice and embarrassed at the front counter. Otherwise we would not of competed our $40 order for 4 items. (Overpriced)

Then we find one of our waffle cones was out in a cup. Instead of correcting it. ā€œGiving the pickleā€ the first rule in customer service and making it right. You put the receipt in my sisters face, a grown adult and said ā€œyou didn’t pay for itā€

Don’t even embarrass your self and respond with excuses. Bad quality, bad service by the owner, over priced. The staff was fine so blame your self as the owner for this 1 star review. Will not be back and...

Absolutely by far one of my favorite ice creams I have ever tasted. Some very original flavors as well as even dairy free offered. No artificial dyes used either. The blue raspberry color was from some blue algae which was amazing! My wife and I settled on the vanilla honey (not a fan of honey, but this pairing was perfection!) The kids had chocolate, mint chocolate, and blue raspberry. The owner brought us out some champagne ice cream which was so original. He didn't tell us what it was when he brought it out. Felt really funny on the tongue at first (still could feel the fizz from the champagne). It was amazing too! Btw, they have adult flavors too. Next time I am getting the bananas foster...tried a sample of it and it was amazing. Might have to get a pint to go it was so good. Will definitely be back.

Made it back a year later. This time, we drove in all the way from Gulf Shores, AL. Still the best ice cream I have ever tasted. Love this place! Wish we could take this place with us on...

Took my grandmother and my 5 year old son here last night because a beach vacation requires ice cream and was so impressed! There were a variety of fun flavors, including several non-dairy milk ones. I got the S’mores one and loved it - the ice cream was smooth and creamy and the add ins (graham crackers, marshmallow, and chocolate chunks) were a good size and not over mixed. The graham cracker chunks were actually chunks, not just crumbs, so you got a good bite. My grandmother is visually impaired and the staff were very kind answering all of her questions since she couldn’t see the list of flavors. She got the coconut milk ube ice cream which she said was delicious, too. The store is off the main touristy area, but it’s easy enough to get to if you’re driving, and there’s plenty of parking. We all three recommend it and will be back!

We took our 3 little kids here for ice cream while on vacation and it was a winning choice! It's a hidden gem in a little strip center in Mary Esther (which is really close to Okaloosa Island). The place is absolutely spotless inside. The ice cream is all made in house and it's absolutely delicious! There are some standard flavors, some unique ones, some adult beverage ice creams, and a dairy-free option. There are definitely options for everyone in your party! The owner was really nice and interacted with our kids, even when their sugar rush was escalating. 😬 He also told us to take our time when one of our kids was still eating and it was time to close! He didn't seem annoyed or put out which I appreciated! We had a blast and look forward to returning (maybe before we leave this trip!). 5 stars!
