My order was supposed to be ready at 5:16 pm, I didn't receive my order until 6:16 pm. I arrived a little late (5:35 pm) thinking that my food should be ready, because this location is known for being slower than the time provided by Posrmates online food ordering system. The African guy at the pick up counter had way too many orders to look through and didn't know how to read receipts or order numbers from cell phones. He asked me five different times to see my order number and whole order from my phone. He brought an order over to the window to compare it to my phone, he saw that it matched the number on my phone, but the rest of the receipt was blank and he didn't check the contents of the food inside of the containers and told me that my order wasn't ready and to wait a little while longer. After ten minutes pasted, I attempted to speak with someone else, but he didn't want to seem incompetent, so he interrupted me and kept trying reassuring me that my order was coming out soon. The restaurant was way too crowded during that time of the day, and no one asked for people to leave due to Covid restrictions. The food overall was good, but they need to work on their customer service. I understand that Superbowl Sunday can be busy, but even when it is two customers inside, I have been spoken to rudely by some of the Muslim restaurant owners. Anyways, America Best Wings in Marlow Heights MD has thee WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I order my food, it arrives. I am excited, smells good looks good. Until I discover they sent coleslaw instead of my side dish I order and paid for. I call and let them know, the girl say.....oh, yeah we don't have potato salad.....I said, ummmm okay, its on your menu. She says yeah we don't have it today- so why didn't anyone call and inform me of this and assume I wanted coleslaw as a substitute. She says well its extra for a different side, yeah i know that is why I paid the .40 cent difference for my potato salad instead of fries. Or don't run a business period. It's not just about serving food. Learn what real hospitalty is. were not your family or your children, were your customers who keep your lights on. Learn the difference and watch how you talk to people. Then you will see the difference in your results, you get what you give. Don't be the problem then play victim later on. Respect is respect!
