Marlow Heights Shopping Center — Local services in Hillcrest Heights

I am going to leave reviews and one-star ratings on every site for this shopping center until things change! This shopping center is DEAD!!!! The only thing left that is major is Giant and it is one of the worst giants in the area. The management of this shopping center is HORRIBLE! They don't care about the shopping center conditions or the tenants that pay ABSURD amounts of money in rent for leaking roofs that aren't fixed, overgrowth of mold, roach and rat-infested spaces and they wonder why they are losing tenants left and right! Shops are being broken into and the tenants aren't even notified, and just walk into the rented space with shattered glass on the floor! People defecate in front of your place of business and no one even cares!!!! How is this acceptable that this shopping center still exist with so many dangerous, unhospitable conditions!!! Ray, or whoever the owner of this shopping center is, does not seem to care or address the concerns of his tenants but expects to get rent on time?! Something needs to be done and sooner rather than later! I will be reaching out to other authorities regarding this shopping center and the HORRIBLE...

After I wrote my last review today sadly I have to say that approx..a minute after that review, I'm sitting in my seat watching the movie when something hit my leg and scared the bazooka out of me... And immediately my granddaughter who was with me jumped because something ran across her foot we turned on the cell phone light and we didn't see anything but we got the heck up out of there and another lady that was in there ran out behind us. I truly believe it was a mouse my granddaughter said it was a bug but bugs don't hit you that hard on the leg. I immediately went to the manager requested and rec'd our money back and left. Ghetto as usual😪 I went I to the dollar tree to get 2 last min Mother's Day Cards...and as usual it was trashed...stuff just thrown everywhere. I had my son with me, and just crossing the street was too much. No one would stop to let us pass. It's like they all had somewhere to be. Even parking was hassel. I was backing into a space and this older woman came out of nowhere..she tells me to go and I do, but then she starts walking behind my car, so I stop to let her go, then she stops. Then tells me to go, then goes in front of my car..like. OMG! But that can be anywhere. Its like us as black people dont know how to take care of such things like stores. Yet can look good with weaves, and shoes 🙄 we have...
