I had an unpleasant experience today with the Manger Jaylen. First, I noticed how each employee had their outside coats on at the windows dealing with customers food instead of the proper company coats. It's a bad look for Burger King and it makes you wonder about the dealings of the food with outside clothing in the kitchen. Second, the way Jaylen approached the window to deliver my order was distasteful. I ordered two frozen drinks "cherry" and she tried to serve me a completely different flavor. The first cashier did not mention they were out of cherry instead Jaylen thought it was a good idea to just give me what she wanted me to have. When I tried to address the mixup she was very rude and showed a poor attitude to her staff. I ended up asking for a full refund. Her employee watched her displayed her poor customer skills and I hope she doesn't learn from Jaylen's unacceptable ways. I will be reaching out to corporate as well to go more in depth regarding this experience to keep this message as short as possible. In the meantime, please train your management team better and Jaylen if you are the representative that's reading this message - please do better. Your customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when we are spending our hard earned money at your store. Take care. My visit was approximately between (1:35 pm - 1:48...
Read moreONE STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT PUT NONE! I went in this morning and the customer service was very bad, they don't greet you and they are not nice. They got my order wrong and blamed it on me, they said i didn't order it right. So I walk in and they are just staring at me, no "Good Morning" no "How are you". Instead they said what do you want to order, rudely, they acted like I was disturbing them. I asked for two coffees and she handed me two cups and pointed me to the coffee machine, i was disturbed because the pot was almost empty and you can see the coffee beans on the bottom of my cup when i poured it, so I asked for fresh coffee, she looked at me disturbed and handed me the decaff coffee, i took it because I didn't want her to do something to my food or coffee. They had name tags with no names, and If i would have seen their names I would have put them on blast. This is why I always go to the Greenbelt location so that I don't have to deal with this horrible service. I will advice my family and friends not to go to this location, maybe send my enemies there. Go to McDonald next door or another burger king except...
Read moreMy experience at this location as always been unflattering. Even though business was slow there was no friendly connection whatsoever no matter how much effort put forth. Service was a little slow, the big issue of the day for me was I ordered the one thing I can't stand to be left off of a triple Whopper and that would be the pickles. Even though I requested no pickles and waited in line at the window without being asked to move away from the window, for a very long time. My sandwich had no less than five quite large pickle chips and only one slice of cheese. Also for the third time at this location in about the last 18 months they were out of onion rings. I go to Burger King's for work lunches on a pretty routine basis and this one is almost always a disappointment. It wasn't to where I would say it was straight up bad 2/3 of my visits but I definitely would never say that it is elevated to the level of good. Keeping my comparisons to that of other...
