Bay Street Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Maryland

I am trying to stay positive about the NEW Biggity Biggity Bay Street. NOW Capital Restaurant and Lounge However in that saying The changes ,upgrades, and new stand OUTSIDE No in and out , wait policy is not my cup of tea. Its not a cozy atmosphere anymore to me. I lovedd that fact it was much dimmer and closer back when :Went on ladies night Saturday When you walk in, its a whole quiet awkward calm that i felt like i was in a waiting room for post opp. So i got a seat in the row of tables and long booth seating at first dancefloor Lights was too bright! and seating was scattered all around else where I was not impressed with the food(same menu but 2 dollars more) The RUM PUNCH(NOW CALLED RUM RUNNER) Didnt win no races that night because it was WEAAAK! Then when i wanted to buy something else to drink the bartender was slowww But too top it all off, that THE ONLY THING I LOVEDD WAS THE DJ .Buttt A man supposedly to be security walked right past a man fully on the dance floor drinking his drink , then came straight to me to tell me that I CANT HAVE MY DRINK ON THE DANCE FLOOR. LIKE DUDE YOU BRUSHED PAST ONE dude THAT HAD. SMH. Sorry i couldn't follow up with a better expierience. Not...

The individuals who run the cashier/dress code door policy are soooooooo rude! The older gentleman would not allow my guy friend to enter the establishment because he said he had on tennis shoes. WE reviewed the policy before going to assure we were compliant as I didnt want to miss my friends surprise bday gathering and heard they are strict on their policy. As the gentleman proceeded to tell my guy friend he could not enter, my friend asked to speak to someone higher than him as his shoes were not tennis. The gentleman argued back and forth, as I tried to diffuse the situation gently, the rude man looked at me and yelled "this is a conversation between two men".....WOW! I nicely told him he didnt have to speak to me in that tone. I have NEVER been treated this way anywhere that I've gone. I understand rules and policy, however there is also a such thing as courtesy and customer service. I will NEVER attempt to patronize this...

First time at Bay Street Lounge I arrive about 10pm.. let security guard check me I ask her what the cover change was she stated 10.00 dollars when I got to the window to pay I ask the lady what's the cover charge she said 20.00 dollars I said the security guard told me 10.00 dollars.. I looked at her like she was lying, just to get more money then say it's free before 9pm.. that's why I don't like to partoninze business like this that try to price guage.. it wasn't worth 20.00 and the DJ was ok...There should be a sign up with cover charges so it wouldn't make patrons feel some type of way.. I heard of places charging 20.. around midnight, not at 10.00.. the lady was full of Bull and she knew game recognize game.. I probably wouldn't come back again nor will I mentioned to...
