I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store on January 3, 2025. As a new customer, having only been with Cricket for two weeks, I was eager to upgrade my phone. However, the experience I had was extremely disappointing.
Upon entering the store, I found the sales associate on the phone with her boyfriend. She did not acknowledge my presence or offer any assistance. She assumed I did not speak English and continued her conversation, expressing her desire to go home and referring to customers (including me, as I was the only one there) in a derogatory manner. She made comments such as "stupid people keep coming to the store," "I'm bored," "I want to kill myself," and "I'm hungry."
I attempted to browse the phones on my own since I was not receiving any help. After 10 minutes or less , the associate yelled at me, asking if I was going to buy something or not. This rude and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, So I left the store. As a result of this experience, I am considering canceling my service with Cricket. I hope that you address this issue and ensure that such behavior is not repeated...

Two employees, particularly the younger Spanish-speaking lady, are the primary source of the problem. There is a complete lack of professionalism in customer service.
When I sought assistance at another location, I was surprised to hear others complaining about the same store's disrespectful treatment of customers. It is vital that the corporate office is informed about the situation at this location.
