Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

I have always preferred Burger Kibgs food over McDonalds bc, to me, it always seemed a bit better and I love the flame broiled burger vs. Grill fried. However, after my last trip to this Burger King on Baltimore National Pike I wish I had opted for McDonalds. The food was not as good as usual. My Whopper was just thrown together and had massive amounts of mayo and ketchup which I had to scrape off, and the fries were barely hot. But the worst part was having to eat in the filthy dining room. The booth we sat in had a greasy, dirty table...all of the tabkes were dirty...and the wall and wood part of the booth's seat was covered on old, sticky spilled soft drinks, dried ketchup, and just plain old dirt. The drink station was a mess, and the bins that hold the condiments like ketchup, salt and pepper were dirty just like the walls and booths. While sitti g in my seat eating I had a wonderful view of all the trash under the drink station piked up...loomed like no one had cleaned under there in months. And I wont even go into the detaiks of the filthy restroom. It just makes me think, If this is how they clean and keep up tbe parts of the restaurant tbat customers see...what do the other areas tbat customers dont see look like. The kitchen is...

I wish I could rate 2.5 stars but I had an okay experience. I give grace because maybe it wasn’t a good day or something but it wasn’t the best experience. I don’t eat at BK at all, the last time I came here was probably over a year and a half ago. We came through the drive through, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order because I don’t come here often enough to know the menu like that. The person at the window rushed us to the first window but I still didn’t know and now I couldn’t see the menu. The employee wasn’t overtly rude but I found her rushing to be really off putting and confusing. I needed maybe two minutes max just to decide what I wanted to eat instead of being rushed to decide. Overall disappointing. I went inside and ended up ordering. It was clean, plenty of seating and sunlight. Parking can be a bit tight, and their drive through lane isn’t wide at all so be aware of that. I got the whopper and a large French fries. The whopper was just okay, grilled a little too long. The fries weren’t good really either. Barely any salt or flavor. McDonald’s has them beat and so does Chick-fil-A. Wouldn’t recommend. Their only saving grace is their...

Went here last night, and the overall experience was like a -2. Grant it that my burgers were made fresh. The drive thru lady who accepted my payment was eating on the food line, they gave me old fries. They didn't really seem to care a whole lot. Burger King please do better with the hiring process. Find some people who truly need a job. Because that night shift that worked between the hours of 8pm & 10 pm ain't it (11/28/2021. The younger lady who passed my food out didn't greet me she just shoved the bag into my hand. I said thank you, she said nothing. The older woman who took my money never came back to the window, once she took my payment she was like oh its break time, and continued to eat her burger. Everytime I want a milkshake, they say the machine is down. It's not really down. They just don't wanna use it. So they cut it off and clean it early. you think I'm lying check your cameras if you have them in the back of the house where they make the food. People are still patronizing you through the pandemic and you still can't get decent service. I hope your staff gets it together. Unfortunately I won't be back to...
