Last night around closing time my son went to this Burger King to get me a BACON BURGER W/ ONION & BBQ SAUCE! 3 times he had to take it back banging on windows to get them to give him the right burger. He said the upfront staff was gracious about it but the 3rd burger was not cooked, no bbq sauce and COLD because it wasn’t cooked!! Are you serious that you charged my son $10 for what I got? 1 burger? The cook last night was being nasty about it that my son kept going back up there to get the correct burger!! He/she did that on purpose!! Seriously? $10? For a BK burger? Smh! My son said for a $1 more he could have gone to 5 Gu** from now on because that was the nastiest burger I’ve ever had!!! I threw it away because I was in fear the cook could have spit on it or something nasty!!! BK needs to watch out with who they hire and monitor there location’s better!! Read moreI am writing this review to warn others about a suspected food poisoning incident that occurred after eating at this Burger King on February 7, 2025 at approximately 4 PM.
My grandfather and I ordered 2 Whopper Juniors, chicken fries with barbecue sauce, 2 slices of Hershey pie, and 2 small Cokes.
I began experiencing nausea 4 hours after consumption, including vomiting every 15-30 minutes, followed by diarrhea the next day. I was hospitalized twice due to the severity of my symptoms:
• First hospitalization: February 15th-19th • Second hospitalization: February 20-22
My grandfather also ate at the same establishment and experienced nausea, but was able to recover.
I also wanted to note that the Whopper Juniors were served at a temperature that was close to room temperature. Additionally, my aunt suggested that the oil used for the chicken fries might have been bad, which could be a potential cause of the food poisoning.

Read moreDO NOT USE THE MOBILE APP EVER! I placed an order using the mobile app. Upon arrival I was told they didn’t have milkshakes but they also refused to give me a refund after charging me. I was told I would have to deal with customer service. Customer service offered me a discount on my next order. I don’t want a discount I want a refund. The manager in the store never came out to speak with me and called the authorities on me instead of giving me a refund. Don’t use the app because they will steal your money. The staff is also very scared of conflict and will call the authorities when they are clearly in the wrong for stealing peoples money. The manager needs to be fired because they also can’t handle conflict and ignore irate customers. The only person who helped me was an amazing employee named Willy. He corrected the situation and deescalated the situation. Your manager needs training and Burger King needs to change its policy and way of working. I’m however done eating...
