BE WARNED!!! The manager Maria will disrespect you and make you feel wrong for wanting your order to be fixed! Shame on you, and shame on you for lying about fixing my order and trying to throw away my receipt. If I could give this zero, I would... I originally tried to use a coupon for 2 Ch'king meals for $11.99 and ordered an additional one as well. I was given the wrong sandwiches altogether, I was given the classic hand breaded deluxe, and then when I drove back to present the evidence and asked about why there was an issue, the manager Maria was problematic. I asked for my Ch'kings to be made fresh and was told to wait 7 mins. When I got back home they were stale and hard and tasted very bad. they were sour tasting and smelled off and I pray I do not fall ill because of it. I have never done one of these surveys or had felt the need to call customer service, but Maria and the team left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. Both figuratively and literally. They left me waiting in the drive through window for a long time and the food was wrong as well as I was overcharged. Read morePoor customer service is why they get 1 star. Went to this location to pick up food for my step son. He requested a ghost pepper burger with no bacon. He doesn't not eat pork, so I made sure to tell them twice. No bacon please. Upon receiving our order, my stepson unwrapped his burger and it had bacon. Despite me requesting no bacon twice. I went back through the drive through to replace the burger. The same cashier proceeded to ask for the burger back. I kindly asked if they could give us a fresh burger before we give back the burger with bacon. We were concerned they'd just remove the bacon from the burger and give it back. The cashier got upset with the request to make a fresh burger first and gave us a nasty expression, demanding we give back the burger first. We explained our concern, and was visibly offended. She begrudgingly made us a fresh burger after going back and forth over our concern for at least 2 mins. When we attempted to hand the burger with bacon back, she rudly told us to keep it, and slamed the drive through window closed. Not once did she apologize for messing up the order in the first place. A little patience and accountability can go a long way. Instead she choose to get offended. 1 star.

He told me I could just talk to the manager at the second window but that the manager will say the same. Pulled up and the assistant store manager began to say the same. He asked for my phone and could see the info as I stated it. He said it was not their fault that my app was not updated. I explained i just downloaded it.
