Went to order a drink and right off the cashier had an attitude. I just went ahead and ordered my drinks. One grande pink drink and one grande dragon fruit. Paid for my drinks and wasn't really paying attention to the price. I don't usually go to Starbucks so I'm not familiar with them. My order came up to a little over $14. Starbucks items to me are a luxury item, and as it was hot and I was treating my daughter, I decided to buy them. When the drinks were placed in front of me, I was given 3 drinks. I mentioned to the manager that I believe the cashier made a mistake. The manager walked over to the cashier and repeated what I said. The cashier comes over and tells me that I ordered 2 dragon drinks. I told him that I did not. I repeated that I did not because there were only 2 of us, there wasn't a need for 3. I explained that he should be listening more properly. Of course here comes the neck rolls, and attitude from the cashier stating that I ordered 3 drinks. The manager not once tried to difuse the situation, and there was a long line and I'm not all about the drama that the young man was trying to engage me in. If I had the time, I would have demanded all my money back just because of his attitude. If they are reading this or anyone from Starbucks for that matter, the service was piss poor, and both of the gentlemen that were working that day should not be representatives of your company.    Read moreI stopped by the Starbucks to treat myself but the refrigerator had just broken and the barista was really busy trying to relocate items for food safety. She asked me to come back and when I did, she comped my drink just for returning, which was so sweet of her and she did not need to do that! I was having a really hard day and her kindness totally made me feel better -- thank you, Kathy! ❤️
Coming back to add another great experience today with Susannah (I hope I'm spelling her name right!) -- the toasted vanilla shaken espresso is my favorite Starbucks drink and it's sadly being phased out of most stores' menus...    Read moreSooo i have a hard time understanding. Y’all close at 8pm which is completely understandable. I got in line 20 minutes before y’all closed. Just to get to the counter and was told i couldn’t get want i wanted because it was now 10 minutes before closing. Where does this makes sense. Everyone that was in line should be served and anyone new that walked up after the lights were turned off should be turned away. They also turned the lights off 15 minutes before closing.
