I have ordered from this location since they opened. I never had a problem with the staff until this morning. There was a family that the kids blocked the aisle for you to help yourself to the delicious food. Upon arriving at the register, you had 2 out of the 3 open. One with the adult responsible for the pre-teens, and the other a gentleman that paid cash and the cashier did not know how to give change to the customer (total bill $34.04 and he gave $44 cash). It took them 5 minutes to figure out when I said $9.96 for change. The gentleman was so apologetic that took so long. I was shocked that 2 people that appear to have graduated from HS could not make change. I actually blame the education system in Moco. I had a ham & cheese croissant, and asked for a large cold green tea. The same cashier from before, charged me for the items and left me over there after I paid. I believe she was called to help with the drink order for the family. I asked for a bag to a young associate that was helpful so I could bag my croissant. When I asked for the ice tea someone without looking at me said you are third in line. The first was the huge order for the family. I do understand that ees love to converse with customers in Spanish and help them first. But I left without my drink, missed my doctors' appt because what should have taken 5 mins in and out turned into a nightmare of 25 to 30 mins. On Monday Morning, you need to have the sharpest people behind the counter especially at 7:55 am. You have a Starbuck's at the same area, Panera and the South Korean bakery that competes with you. I called after morning hour and left my number but never received a call. I wanted to complain in private but since I never received a call, I decided to post. For sure you lost a very good customer, and I should have listened to husband when I pre-ordered 2 cakes for Xmas and he had to wait 45mins. You need faster staff and they need more training, particularly if someone pays with cash. Let me know if you need to come in for the return of the ice tea and tip. If I do not receive a call by tomorrow, I will escalate to the...
Read moreThey have a great selection of healthy items. Lots of variety. The atmosphere is great, but the service is not as excellent as everything else. The employees here are obviously just going through their day, but the ones here who look indifferent or neutral by their facial expressions and body language have provided me some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I understand if they have to tell me things I may not want to hear and say no when necessary, however, these specific employees don't even put in the bare minimum behind the front counter and at the register. There are some outstanding employees that go above and beyond and these specific few make them look bad. The rewards program is absolute bullshit. They were happy to take my money, but they won't give me the rewards I earned from each prior visit. Each time I scanned the QR code, an error message appeared. The employee helping me didn't offer much help or offer to let me speak to the manager. I had to ask him to point the manager out. Speaking of the manager, the one here is not very helpful. I can sense he tries to help, but he doesn't have good communication or problem solving skills. I asked him to check the bathroom locks because a man walked in on me in the bathroom. His response was, " Someone already asked me to check the locks, and so I did. You probably didn't lock it all the way." I like it here overall ,but I may not be a loyal customer anymore and stick to Starbucks or other cafes that deliver on their promises and have excellent...
Read moreThe service was outstanding. The staff greeted me right away with genuine smiles, and even though it was a busy moment, they took their time to explain some of the most popular pastries and seasonal specials. They were patient, friendly, and attentive without being rushed—exactly the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer.
And then, the food—this is where Paris Baguette shines. The pastries looked like works of art behind the glass: golden croissants with flaky layers, fruit tarts that gleamed with fresh berries, and cakes so delicate they almost looked too pretty to eat. I tried a strawberry soft cream cake slice, which was light, airy, and not overly sweet—just perfect. Alongside it, I had an iced vanilla latte that was smooth and balanced, complementing the pastry beautifully. Around me, I could see people enjoying everything from savory baguette sandwiches to pillowy cream buns, and the freshness was obvious in every bite.
The atmosphere tied it all together. Even though it was popular and busy, it never felt chaotic. Families were enjoying treats, friends caught up over coffee, and people working on laptops tucked into corners. The décor combined clean, modern touches with warm tones, making it both stylish and comfortable.
Overall, the experience felt like a little escape to Paris right in Germantown—great food, excellent service, a soothing yet lively vibe, and a space that makes you want to linger just a...
