Decided to get a quick snack after shopping. Didn’t know it was gunna be a waste of my time and money. I ordered wings and a side of fries. Surprised that everything came out at the same time. No more than 5 minutes for everything to be ready. Fries were hot wings were NOT. Wings seemed like they were sitting for a while and they tried to resell them instead of throwing them away.Working in the food service industry for over 20 years you get an idea of what the cooking times are and how they should be presented. That was not the case here. Obviously you have employees that don’t care and don’t want to be there to do a simple job. Went up to complain about the wings to see if they had a good reason for them to be cold when they had just came out the fryer. They didn’t they acted confused like everything was ok. Left me standing there without a reasonable response. All I wanted was my money back but left with nothing. I then placed my order for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and hash brown which came up to $9.04. When I received my food I saw that the sandwich had 1 slice of bacon two eggs with cheese and the hash brown was burnt. My complaint is this why prepare food like that burnt and the sandwich not beneficial to eat. I am sorry to say but that sandwich and hash brown shouldn't had been made to order like that. I should had gotten more bacon and the hash brown shouldn't had been burnt. The person who rung me up caught a attitude and basically threw my money at me. So I let them know, I cannot eat this sandwich as it has already had mushrooms on it and still underneath it. They act like they don't understand English. 2 other people come out to see my receipt. He says "no mushrooms right?" And proceeds to point and show me there aren't any there. Of course they aren't there because you picked the ones right there in sight, off.
