I ordered a Dozen Lare Male Crabs. When I called, they stated they didn’t have any live crabs. When I got there to order the dozen cooked, they told me I had to wait for them to cook the live crabs… When I got home, I opened the bag and noticed that some were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the others. I was given a mix of small/medium mixed with large, which Is NOT what I paid for. When I called, the woman (who did not give her name) stated that I was given Large crabs. I told her that I can clearly see they are different sizes. The woman then told me that it was the cook’s fault and that she didn’t see the sizes. When I asked her what could be done, she said “That is what we got, enjoy your food.” Worst customer service ever. No apology, no offer of a refund, future discount or anything. The crabs weren’t even cracked, I didn’t eat any of them. The LEAST that could’ve been done would’ve been to give me what I paid for. I received 8 small/medium crabs and 4 Large… When I told the woman the count of what I received, she said “Oh, I should’ve told you we only had mixed, not Large. But they are fresh.” Then she hung up the phone. This place used to be very good with good customer service. This place went so far downhill in the last couple of months. Take your money elsewhere, down the street, to Jessup, to Elkridge, shoot BALTIMORE. At this point, anywhere is...

I had a terrible experience here. My first time ordering at this location and my last. The service was terrible and crabs was old. I placed my order and this is the first time I ever ordered crabs that they didn’t ask if wanted seasoned before cooking. I told the lady that I didn’t want my crabs seasoned after ordering she explained that they cooked them seasoned....one strike. I get the crabs and the looked lightly seasoned ok not complaining until I got home and opened my crabs. My crabs was old and I called to complain they said bring them back and I can have a fresh batch. I explained Laurel is not close but ok. Upon my arrival someone came and said they was the manager and they tried to give me a bag of crabs that was in the back w/season so I explained I didn’t want seasoning and the said they recooked another batch w/out seasoning only to arrive home with rinsed off Old crabs from my first batch. I called to complain and at that time they offered me my money back. Didn’t want to make a third trip to get my $45 back (burning up gas). SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The cook at this location called Albert or Alfred or whatever is so rude! I bought a dozen crabs 🦀 and when I got home I realized it was the smelliest and nastiest crabs I have ever had, seasoning is all salt, I called the store and the guy pretty much screamed at me cos I complained and admitted that they were crabs from the morning which the customer didn't show up to pickup ( mind u I bought my crabs after 7pm) NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. The lady at the register however was helpful and polite and replaced the crabs for me but I certainly got live crabs. Buyer...
